If you want to ruin a car, then this is the service for you. We were dealing with the replacement of the middle part of the muffler. When installing the clamps, a larger diameter clamp was used that just hangs on the pipe and holds nothing. The second clamp was deformed during installation, which resulted in a fold. Exhaust fumes are erupting in both places. When asked to change the clamps at her own expense, she stated that once the car was accepted, the warranty period had passed and they refused to change them. The price of the clamps was 60 rubles plus work. Also, earlier work was carried out to replace the exhaust manifold gasket, the radiator was severely damaged. We contacted them when we noticed it. The director of the service stated that the warranty period had also passed and now it was not their problem. The car has not been repaired anywhere else in the service, this is definitely the work of their crooked craftsmen. At the same time, the director was rude and shouted. Another detail: when I picked up the car from the service after the oil leak (replacing the crankshaft oil seal), the car was returned with oil at the very tip of the dipstick. Although there was oil in the trunk, they had to check for its normal presence in the engine, which they did not do. You think you're entrusting a car to professionals, but you're getting low-quality work, wasted time, and wasted nerves. Highly not recommended!

At first, the car was scratched when changing the oil , the jamb was recognized and fixed . Then they did not reach the suspension and the car rattled like a cart, they fixed it. Then it turned out that the service was pouring oil out of tolerance . We ordered 0w20 oil from them, changed it from them, and they brought and poured 5w30. The documents were not read after the replacement (our stupidity, we did not think that the service could do this), when we read and asked how it was possible to sell and pour oil that was not the one we ordered and was not suitable in viscosity, we heard "we pour it like that". Thank you, I don't want to kill a car on this service anymore
