There is an atmosphere of support and professionalism in the studio, which is immediately noticeable! Coaches have deep knowledge and create comfortable conditions for development at their own pace. The classes are varied and interesting, with an emphasis on proper technique and safety. There has been significant progress in flexibility and well-being. The individual approach is especially pleasing: everyone receives attention and support. I look forward to every lesson, because it is not only physical activity, but also an opportunity to relax and recharge with positive emotions.

A very atmospheric and pleasant studio. Margarita, Veronica, Anastasia, Alina are coaches that I never cease to admire! The girls are not only professionals in their field, but also very pleasant in communication, always positive, which is very motivating in training. Before training, each of them will ask about how they feel, which once again shows a sensitive approach to each of the clients. I really like the place, which I will continue to visit with great pleasure :)

I am very glad that I was able to bring myself to the studio 3 months ago. I am in a hurry to train with great pleasure and after that I come out with a lot of energy, lightness and positivity! I noticed the effect of training almost immediately: it became easier to keep my back straight, I felt less tired after a day at work on the PC. Alina is an experienced coach, she always manages to follow everyone, correct them, explain how to perform the exercise correctly and cheer them up!) There are different coaches and classes, each with its own approach, it is possible to choose the most suitable one for yourself, the administrator will answer all your questions. I recommend VSEMSHPAGAT studio - this is the place you want to return to!
