I liked everything, the location (market, sea within walking distance), the room is cozy and interesting, towels, hairdryer, TV, Wi-FI are available. The boutique Hotel "Vremya Che" has fulfilled all expectations. Very clean, comfortable room, designed in loft style and pleasant and helpful host. The photos are completely true. It's nice when people treat their business with dedication and responsibility. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, in the garden there is a barbecue area, cozy places to relax. The sea is within walking distance, there are several shops and cafes near the hotel.

My choice of this hotel was not accidental, I studied many places BEFORE booking, I needed permission to come with an animal (a cat), and of course the conditions themselves. And I just got into the top 10. The room was excellent, the conditions were wonderful, quiet, calm, it was pleasant in the morning, to drink coffee and have breakfast in the kitchen-living room equipped at home...keep up to date with the news, as the Internet was working perfectly, and make a daily plan for yourself. The cat was having fun with the miracle of Annie, through the glass))). The Bee taxi was served within 5 minutes and was taken to any place. Even the daily rains))) They didn't spoil my vacation in Sukhum in any way, they even created a special mood for me. BUT the main thing is that I woke up and returned to a cozy, beautiful place - the Vremya Che hotel. I advise you, I recommend you, and I will definitely come back.

A great atmospheric small hotel. The location is gorgeous, everything is close, and most importantly - the best beaches (and these are not urban ones). Away from the hustle and bustle. Nearby there is a bus stop, a brewery, shops, cafes. The room is equipped with everything you need, very stylish, with a twist. The kitchen is a bomb in general! There is a bar, and you can play, and drink wine in this wonderful atmosphere in the rain, greenery around and a beautiful dog and cat who will make a pleasant company.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful!
I advise you to visit.

I had a rest in this wonderful place from March 9 to March 16, 2025. The experience is great! Not far from the embankment (a 12-minute walk), at the same time a very calm and quiet place. I really liked the room, there is a TV, a comfortable mattress, a relaxation area, everything is thought out, there is a zest in every detail of the interior design, for this I am very grateful to Konstantin! There is a good summer kitchen, you can cook by yourself. The owner of the hotel was in touch with any question. It's a great place. An interesting interior, the author of which is the owner himself. Clean and cozy. Konstantin is always in touch. He settled us even earlier than we agreed. It is located near the Brewery. The beach is just around the corner. The center is 10 minutes away by car. All three rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is shared on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with a toilet and a shower. Split, big TV.
There were not enough little things - a kettle in the room, a spoon for shoes. Otherwise, everything is very cool. I want to come again.

A wonderful place with love and attention to every detail. We arrived late in the evening, without warning, because we were out of touch. The host welcomed me cordially, showed me the available rooms, and told me about places in the city worth visiting. We settled in quickly and comfortably. There is no limit to the delight, they photographed everything that caught their eye.

We had a rest in Abkhazia in the city of Su, Hum in June 2024 in the best guest house - It's Time! Very beautiful, homely, comfortable rooms. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - comfortable beds, a wonderful bathroom, a large, comfortable kitchen area where you can cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, you can sit with a cup of coffee or drink a glass of wonderful Abkhazian wine, you can watch TV or chat with other guests. Children can play a video game console while their parents are relaxing in the room. Special thanks to the wonderful hosts!!!! These are young, modern guys who have lovingly arranged their home - the eye stops at every piece of interior, because many things are made with their own hands: everything is magical, creative, with imagination. The recreation area in the courtyard is very nicely planned-there is a barbecue area, a campfire area - it's nice to sit there in the evening when it's cool and fireflies are flying around. A lot of greenery- you rest your soul. A special atmosphere of home comfort is created by cute animals - Eni the dog, Fenechka the cat. We miss them very much. The guys are very responsive, guided tours and places of rest in the city, told about the beaches, helped with the transfer. The hotel has 100 points out of 100!!!We recommend everyone to relax! We are looking forward to a vacation to relax at your hotel again. There is a Lighthouse not far from the hotel - an amazing place where you can sit by the sea at sunset and admire dolphins.

I really liked the place and Konstantin's hospitality! We stayed in loft3: a huge balcony, a spacious room with interesting details in the interior. Downstairs there is a kitchen with everything you need. The courtyard on the territory is also very cool, well maintained! You can take advantage of Konstantin's offer and take a hookah for the evening, as well as get a lot of useful recommendations on which places to visit and where to eat delicious food. We helped with the transfer from and to the border. We met in the evening, suggested where to eat delicious food. The yard is green, clean and cozy. Eni's welcoming and accompanying dog is Milota! There is a shared kitchen downstairs, everything is basic, it is nice to be there. The room was taken large with a balcony - stylish, interesting, comfortable. The sound insulation is excellent (or we were so lucky with the neighbors)) In 8 minutes, del mar beach is just super, it has all the amenities (definitely better than the popular mocha beach). We got to the center by taxi 5-7 minutes, we can take the bus and walk, but we are lazy with children and it's a little far. Nearby, the lighthouse Gastrobar is a pretty good place, contrasting with other nearby ones. There is also a dining room on the way to delmar, we ate a couple of times, everything is normal) Del mar itself is also quite tasty!

I really liked this location, unfortunately, by coincidence, we stayed for one night. We were kindly offered a parking space in the courtyard. The area is simply magnificent, palm trees, bamboo, fruit trees, in general, everything that is suitable for this region. There is a great communal kitchen, barbecue area. I would like to say separately about a comfortable bed and clean linen. There is Wi-Fi, TV. Thank you very much to Konstantin for the hospitality.

We stayed for a week, everything is fine, I really liked it. Comfortable clean rooms with an unusual design; there is a separate kitchen where you can cook. There was always hot water. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the room has air conditioning. There is parking for a car on site. The location is a little far from the center, it was more convenient to drive by car. Eni the dog lives on the territory, very nice and friendly.
The owner also advised good cafes and restaurants.

A great place to relax. A house with a beautiful garden and a friendly tailed resident. Beautiful design of the rooms, where there is everything you need. Downstairs there is a shared kitchen where you can have coffee/tea and cook your own meals. Stable WiFi, Underfloor heating in the bathroom.
If there is a need to wash things, there is a washing machine and powder for an additional fee. I liked the location for the silence. The central embankment and the city center can be reached in 20-30 minutes, and the nearest shops are 5-10 minutes away.
It was easy to communicate with Konstantin, thanks for the organized transfer and late check-in!

We spent one night in the loft from 5.03 to 6.03.24. A wonderful, atmospheric place, so to speak, a breath of fresh air in chaotic Abkhazia.I was pleased with the kitchen-dining room, although I did not manage to take full advantage of it, but it was nice to have breakfast in a familiar environment!
The owner met, escorted, was friendly and courteous.👌After reading the early comments, we wondered if we were talking about Konstantin?!😁

We had a rest in August 2022. Beautiful interior, excellent hosts. The hotel is located quite far from the central tourist area, but this is a plus - it is quiet, the beach near the hotel is sparsely populated and with a gentle entrance, perfect for small children.

Everything is just great! What is in the description corresponds to reality! The house is new, the furniture and equipment are new, the bedding is cool, the Windows overlook the garden where birds are constantly singing, which is very pleasant after the hustle and bustle of the city. At 10 min. The city embankment begins within walking distance. Wild beaches start 5-7 minutes away. There are small shops nearby with good products and more adequate prices. Transfer to the beach across the street. The bus stop is nearby, we went to the city market. The ticket costs 10 rubles. My family and I really enjoyed it. We had a large room in the ala loft style. It is clear that the owner arranged it with love. Nearby (10min walk) the beginning of the embankment. And in general, we really liked the city of Sukhum, the owner recommended places where to have dinner and breakfast. I helped with the taxi. We were in a car - parking was provided for a very small amount (I don't remember how much). We recommend it again!

Unfortunately, the impression was spoiled.
In July, we booked a room for September, and the owner canceled the reservation after 3 weeks because he did not like the photo taken in the same room 2 years ago (I deleted the photo from the review). The photo was on Yandex for 2 years, we made a reservation and after a partial cancellation we were refused, for a dubious reason.
The situation is absurd to the limit. In general, the placement is normal, but with such nuances it is difficult to recommend it now. Good luck to everyone and have a good rest in Abkhazia.
