We use the services of this transport company, mainly the Minsk Moscow warehouse, sometimes St. Petersburg, delivery times are always met, storage in the warehouse for a couple of days is free, unloading by loader, which is convenient for our heavy cargo. I sent a package to my son from Gomel to St. Petersburg. Unlike SDEK or Belpost, where there are a lot of restrictions on the volume and weight of shipments, vozim.by accepted a large and not light parcel without any problems, which was handed to his son right at the entrance and a day later at the entrance in St. Petersburg. The payment, after weighing in Minsk, was made through ERIP according to the instructions sent. The dispatcher on the phone and the driver are polite and helpful. If you need to quickly bring something from Moscow to Minsk, then there are not many other options.
The price tag is higher than SDEK and Boxberry, but if time is important, then there is money.
Elizaveta, the manager, has been assigned to me and she does everything, all I have to do is ask on Viber or WhatsApp.

We picked up the car based on the dimensions of the cargo, its loading (in my case, there was only top loading and it was important that they were not delivered as a combined cargo). We contacted Vozim-By on the recommendation, it was necessary to urgently deliver the cargo to the Moscow region. A completely useless organization, they take a week to Marina Gorka, and it wasn't my fault that the car broke down , then the driver arrived with roosters , although they stipulated delivery in a time period , the result is a week of delivery , the operators ( if you can call it that ) they can't do anything, it's useless to talk to them, the result is that they don't set foot in this organization anymore , believe me, there are a lot of other organizations that will get to you quickly, and everything will be fine, I don't even advise you to consider cooperation, believe me and save your nerves.

I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. I left a request for delivery, the cargo was out of town, they promised to arrive on a certain day, pick it up and deliver it to the destination. As a result, I dropped everything on the weekend and drove 50 km. from Minsk to transfer the cargo to the employees of this company, on the appointed day they called and said that the car would arrive, but as a result they called back and said that the car would not arrive. How is that even possible? Not a serious organization and wasted time, look for other delivery services so as not to encounter this.

We transported things from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Excellent work, all the details were quickly agreed upon, cargo pickup and delivery were carried out without problems, time and deadlines were met.
I think that the second time I would have sent things by this transport company, as the price and quality pleased me. I called more than one company and everywhere there were things that confused me (price, deadlines, lack of movers)
I will write separately about the manager (Yulia Mikhei), she answered all my questions, but this was my first transportation of this type and there were many questions, plus doubts. I helped with the choice of the delivery format and how best to send everything so that it would be more economical. I also note that Julia was always in touch and answered promptly, this is important to me. I also had to reschedule the shipment, after approval, Julia kindly saved all the data and later we sent it by the order number (without re-registration).
From the supplement, I would like the manager to inform on the eve or on the day of pick-up / receipt of the cargo that the car is coming, there will be movers. To make it calmer (as a reminder that the visit to the "doctor" will take place). As it is, I wrote to the manager myself and received confirmation.

A return to the times of the Soviet Union. Customer orientation at the level of a manager's call " In 1.5 hours we will be with you. Either meet and accept or refuse. Don't expect a refund." It sounds like "girl, do you want to go to the country or have your head torn off?". I gave it two stars. The first one is for at least bringing it. The second one is for Sergey, the driver is attentive, polite, helpful and punctual. The cargo is fine, but it's iron!!! It's hard to spoil it. I will not recommend it under any circumstances and will really consider whether to place an order if the sender works with this company.
