If you want to feel poor, then this is the place for you. The attitude towards customers is the worst, they talk rudely to you. And I'm generally silent about the service. We brought our car to replace the door handles, having previously agreed on the time and availability. The service specialists said that the car will be ready in two days. We waited three days and there was silence... Calling the service, we were told that there were no handles and no one had been working on the car yet... And they started feeding me breakfast. It was only through numerous calls and proceedings that we were able to get the car, and according to them, it was washed, but it was dirty...
And like the cherry on the cake, when you try to find out at least some information on the phone, the specialist promises to call you back and everyone stupidly forgets about you... And then everyone has big eyes and it's like you're an asshole, not them.
I didn't like it, we came with the intention of buying a car, except for one nice girl at the reception, who was very polite and friendly, everyone else didn't give a damn, as if people of the lower class had come, arrogance and arrogance were all around, they just basically left for another salon.

I signed up for a test drive. A beautiful and pleasant girl met me at the reception, asked for my driver's license, made the paperwork in 5 minutes and we drove off. Everything is fast and polite, the interior is beautiful, the car is also great!

Terrible attitude towards people, everything is VERY long, the agreed deadlines do not hold back. You agree on the same drive time, you expect + 2 hours in the cabin. We arrived at the car acceptance at the agreed time, waited + 4 hours. The car was not polished, the mats were forgotten, everything needs to be checked. Buy from another dealer if you value your time!
Terrible service. The car has a painting defect, not only is the defect not recognized, but it also takes several hours of waiting to give the car to them for examination at the date they set. Just to sell, no service, no guarantee, no respect.
