Good afternoon!
Employees do not have all the information necessary for the buyer, their authority, apparently, includes simply showing the car and smiling at the entrance to the salon of a potential client. The cars seem to be quite good, but there is no customer orientation at all, which led to visits to other salons and a choice in favor of the latter. There's a lot to work on.
