We are resting now at this hotel, from Fan Ying san.Of the advantages:
1. food, not Michelin, but always varied,delicious,desserts,different types of meat,red fish almost every day
2. the beach is clean, there is no garbage lying around, but it is better to book sun beds in the morning, before breakfast (a towel for the beach is given at the reception, also a big plus), there is a sandy road nearby, locals come to swim and go fishing, but they do not enter the beach, the sun beds are good, mesh.
3.there is a shop in 10 minutes, local,prices are reasonable, the choice is large
4. The waiters at the reception are very responsive and friendly
5. The contingent is most often from 30+.There are not many young people)
6. The excursions are great, the transfers are good.

1. Wi-Fi is constantly disconnected by itself, you need to re-enter the password every time
Russian Russians are not particularly noticed, when asked to include at least a couple of Russian songs, in response we received silence, good, popular but foreign music is playing all evening.I understand that the target for most of the guests is English-speaking, but there were also quite a few Russians, 20-30 people.
3. The rooms are really dead, but if the purpose of arrival is the beach, excursions and just to breathe the sea air- and just spend the night, great) the TV is working, the air conditioning is good, cleaning every day.
4. Unfortunately, the staff does not speak Russian, even minimally, who does not know English - an online translator will help out.
5. from entertainment, a couple of evenings, again, only foreign music, Latin,Turkish dances and every 4 days in the evening lotto for the British, in general everything is just for them))
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, it is better not to open the windows and doors in the evenings)

Great stay at this hotel!
The food is excellent, everything is fresh, for every taste and color. Very tasty ice cream. The bar has a variety of cocktails, beer, wine and lemonades. The waiters are smart, drinks are brought from the bar during lunch and dinner according to your order.
The service is good, issues were resolved promptly.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every other day. There were juices and water in the fridge, and there was also a safe. It's all free.
The beach is not bad, after 14:00 the garbage washed ashore, but if there were strong waves, it was quite a clean beach with sun beds, as well as towels (which you need to take at the reception).
The territory is clean, the pool is small, but everyone could fit who wanted to swim in it.
If you want to get to Marmaris for free, the hotel provides a shuttle service, a 25-minute drive to the city.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, as well as on the beach, and it is also free.
They mostly relax in pairs, there are many foreigners, the age is different, if you want a hotel without children, then this is the hotel.

There is nothing near the hotel from the word at all😂to drive from the airport for a long time, along the serpentine road, the location of the hotel is in the mountains. We had a vacation with my husband from June 21 to June 28, 2023. The hotel is 16+ . Rest to the fullest. It's small and cozy. The territory is not large. Everything is within walking distance. Very convenient. The hotel is located in a small village. We woke up in the morning to the crowing of roosters, literally. We arrived around 8 a.m., immediately checked into the room, the room is normal. Champagne is served for breakfast, after the trip it was a big plus! And in general, the service is generally excellent!! The food is delicious, the choice is normal. Meat, fish always. They gave me shrimp a couple of times. There were cancers. Strong drinks, wine, beer. Everything is in abundance. But my husband went to the local store for beer. He said it tasted better there. On the very first day, we literally made friends with all the vacationers. They became like one big family. At the time of our vacation, only Russians were vacationing. Everyone is positive and funny. In early comments it was said that the hotel is for pensioners. But it's not like that! A lot of young people! I didn't want to leave. Super vacation! We love this hotel. We were there for the second time in September of this year. Very caring staff, responding to any request. The sea is warm and clear . Good cuisine. Beautiful view of the sea bay. You need to take " coral slippers" with you for swimming in the sea because of the strip of pebbles at the entrance to the sea. The beach is sandy.

I went to Turkey with my niece! To take a break from studying and people! The only request was- a good hotel! The Chiptrip travel agency said that it is five stars, cozy, delicious and very suitable for us! We paid extra for a swim-up room for "our pool", because in the photo it was a beautiful blue one with a panoramic door! As a result, the reality you see in the photos is a 2-star motel with a smell of rot and mold! I spent 4 hours with the operator in Moscow and Turkey figuring out how to move - everyone blamed each other and did nothing! The Turks even said - at least sue them later, we don't care!
Plus- the responsive staff, who understands and recognizes that the hotel is so-so) the girl from the reception said- well, he should not have any stars at all) but 8 days for 152000 he is not worth it for sure!!!!

The rooms are clean, cozy, sound insulation is normal, you can't hear the neighbors :)

In the evening there is an entertainment program, but not for long, max 30-40 min., then just music. The music only plays until 00:00, then everyone goes to sleep, so it's quiet and peaceful at night! If you are looking for rest and tranquility, you are here! I will be happy to come back again 😍

1. We arrived at Dalaman airport on August 26. No one met at the airport with signs from the tour operator, but there is a bus parking lot on the left and right at the exit from the airport. We approached one of the guides ourselves, said that our operator was fun and sun, and he directed us in the other direction to look for a bus. Finally, we found a representative of the company, a smiling girl who said with a laugh: "the airport is small, what to look for here." That's really nothing to look for)))
2. Then we arrived at the hotel, the time was about 10, check-in from 14, we were checked in at exactly 14;
3. We lived in a room on the ground floor with a swimming pool, the room was "tired", with torn wallpaper. Strong humidity and heat, mosquitoes fly because of this (if you go to this hotel, take something from the bloodsuckers with you);
3. There is Wi-fi, but for some reason it stops working in the administration area (lobby) and if you do not speak English, then you need to go out to the pool area, type in the translator what you want to ask and only then approach the administrator;
4. Food. This is a separate topic. It feels like they were sometimes fed stale food/dishes. This applies mainly to fish, sausages/ham. On the day of departure (02.09), stewed ham and sausage in tomato sauce were served for breakfast, the dish was spoiled, with a characteristic taste.
5. There is no animation. There are a lot of noisy Brits/British women. This is especially felt and heard when you go to bed before 12.
6. There are no places for walking near the hotel.
7. The sea (if there was no storm) is very picturesque, with almost clear water. There are always free sun beds on the beach.
Conclusion: I put three stars with a big stretch. I think the hotel has every chance to earn more stars if cosmetic repairs are carried out, food will be served of good quality, animation will appear.

I really liked the hotel. He is small. There are no slides and the pool is small. BUT the rest was just wonderful. The service is very good. Provided that you treat people with respect!
The hotel is 16+ , I was glad that there were no mothers with small children ) .
The guys at the bar and restaurant are just great!!!

The hotel manager's dogs just decorate it, without any subtext. Affectionate, walking all over the hotel. They are the owners here.

Good afternoon. Yesterday I returned from a vacation at this hotel, I was vacationing with my sister. I really liked it, the organization is great, the staff is polite and attentive. The room is cleaned daily, the air conditioning is working properly, the safe is free, wi-fi is free, sometimes there was even a network on the beach. Beach towels were changed every day. The food was very good, the assortment and choice was always there, chicken, turkey, fish, kebabs, a variety of vegetables, herbs and fruits. There are also pastries, desserts, ice cream, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in unlimited quantities. The territory of the hotel is neatly maintained and cozy, every evening with beautiful music in a wonderful atmosphere we admired the starry sky. The sea is simply gorgeous, and the most important thing is that it is very close, there have always been enough sun loungers for everyone. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff and our tour operator for an unforgettable vacation! We will definitely come back to you next year.

We were at this hotel from 06/5.24 to 06/12.24. What can I say about this hotel - well, so-so. We drove from the airport to the hotel for 2.5 hours. The hotel is located in the village. There are no shops nearby at all, there is no place to walk. There aren't even any hotels nearby. The rooms are shabby. Our room faced a white painted wall. There was a pool type 50 centimeters deep, separated by a partition from another room. The food is normal, we were not hungry. There was ice cream, French fries, burgers, as a snack. The main pool is small, we did not swim. There is a country road between the sea and the hotel. The deck chairs were always empty at sea. About alcohol- delicious beer, baileys with ice, whiskey. Coffee from the car. There is no animation during the day. In the evening, guys and girls came once with a program for 20 minutes. They entertained themselves. If it weren't for the company we met there, it would be rotten at all. I advise you to go on a tour of the Aegean Islands. Amazing beauty. The hotel is designed for Europeans. If I went there again, no.

I am writing this review solely for making decisions on choosing a hotel. Please note - this is a three!!!! Why it is declared five stars on the tour operator's website is a big question. Buying out the tour, I watched a lot of good reviews. But, in my case, it's not that great. When buying a tour, they asked for two conditions: separate beds and a quieter room. Moreover, the first was fundamental. Nothing was fulfilled, referring to the fact that our wishes were not conveyed to the hotel. As a result, I spent the whole vacation sleeping on an iron cot, and two blankets served as a mattress!! At first, we were settled in room 4112, it is not even on the hotel's website, it is a completely different territory. The air conditioner does not work, the noise from the boiler room was not even blocked by earplugs. I woke up at night from the fact that someone was crawling over me. Turning on the light, I saw ants on the bed. The next day we were moved to room 1117. There was a smell of dampness, turned on the air conditioner - it disappeared. The sound of music from the pool from 11 am to 12 am! In general, you will not rest. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Moreover, it is not clear how they get there. Thanks for taking the raptor. Nutrition is not bad. There were days that were very tasty, there were days that were not very good, but we did not starve. Overall, I liked the fish and soups! Not bad cocktails. Bottled water is given only upon check-in, then only from the cooler, which is not very convenient. What I liked: the sea , the climate and the landscape. We took a trip to the Aegean Islands. Delight!

This is the bottom! Not five stars. And the three-star bottom) took the hotel according to reviews and proximity to the sea. Well, you'll think about it across the street) and the road is land, the hotel didn't even put a plank, even a piece of asphalt for convenience. There is no sand, earth and stones, the water is muddy, the wave is at 11 o'clock. On the beach, you can't even wash off the salt, you can't even wash your feet from squeaking.. you need to go through the entire hotel area to the showers at the pool. But the views are beautiful. We arrived at this hotel today. We've been waiting for a rest for a very long time, but it's just some kind of horror.
We checked in at 14:00, as expected. But it started with the wrong number. Okay, we moved later.
We came to the room that was supposed to be ours, and there it was like in a bathhouse. It was not possible to breathe at all. We went to the reception, and we were told to wait and go to the pool. And we had a night flight and we wanted to relax during the day.
Then, at the reception, the girl told us that the air conditioner had come and the air conditioner was working in our room.
I told her to come up to our room and see for herself. But the girl just turned away and pretended that she didn 't hear me .
The walls and floors of the room are shabby. There is not even shampoo, soap, gel, etc. In the shower, pillows, as if a dog had gnawed. The beach is dirty. Half of the sunbeds are broken. WE HAD A GOOD REST IN A CALM ENVIRONMENT
I (my daughter) had a vacation with my mother in August 2023. It seems like the peak season, but in this hotel it does not feel like it is loaded at all (if it was fully loaded, of course). By the weekend, the number of people increases, and on weekdays it is more free. The restaurant is very comfortable during lunch and dinner, you can safely choose a place both inside and outside, there are plenty of tables there and there. If you come to the beginning of dinner, a kind of mini-queue accumulates at the buffet, but if you wait 15 minutes, everyone will have everything and there will be no queue and the food will not end either.
About the location. The village of Hirasonyu, in which there is nothing. There are also hoteliers, rental housing, camping, a supermarket nearby, but that's about it. There is nowhere to walk in the evening after dinner, and the road is just ordinary rural dusty. But in the morning, take a camera and walk along the shore to the left to the rocks and the road uphill, there you can take a beautiful picture on large and small stones, and the lens will have both the sea and a piece of forest, or vice versa, direct the frame in the other direction and there will be a view of the beaches and the boat that is parked there.
If you need shopping and walking, then this is in Marmaris. Half an hour on a free transfer from the hotel (and back) and walk yourself everywhere. There are not many activities in Marmaris, there are beautiful streets, good shopping, very tasty Turkish delight: a kilogram of 350 lira at the first shopping center "Blue Port". Be sure to visit the castle, although it is small, but nevertheless we spent two hours there taking photos. The restaurants in Marmaris are gorgeous in service, they bring it quickly, everything is delicious, they accept both dollars and euros.
About the beach: it's not bad, but it stinks of sewage on the right, so lie down to the left. It is confusing that there is a road between the hotel and the beach, but the beach is very close, almost immediately behind the fence. This beach would be a candy if the sand were cleaned and the deck chairs were provided with a soft cushion. In the evening, a hotel employee comes to arrange the sun loungers in their places, throw out the trash cans and that's where all the beach care ends. The sea is the warmest, 28 degrees. The depth is immediately, which is nice, you don't have to go far. But the murky water near the shore, as everywhere where the beach is sandy. In the morning the sea is usually calm, after lunch it is worried, but you can swim. Most tourists really do not swim, but sit up to their chests in water.
About the hotel: not 5 stars, there are none at all. But according to the level, it is a strong 3 *. The territory is small, but well maintained. Cool sun beds by the pool. On the territory of the hotel, all the plants look neat, from flower beds and bushes to trimmed palm trees. It's nice. Another cool idea is that the view of the beach is not closed by a dense fence, but on the contrary, the fence is made of glass, and during sunset it is pleasant to sit and drink wine admiring the view. There are three cats and two healthy, kind dogs living on the territory. The black cat often sleeps in the morning on chairs on the balcony, but if you put a beach towel on the chair, then he will definitely choose it for his sleep) Cats are overeager, they don't eat sliced meat, but fish from dinner for a sweet soul. There are no problems with wi-fi, it catches perfectly at the restaurant, catches average in rooms and on the beach, but you need to constantly reconnect. Russian speakers work at the reception, so there will be no problems with the language. Animation is not every day, but it happens! The best is the Latina dancers once a week (the number does not change, the same every week) and the acrobat (Russian guy). Do not settle on the ground floor, the view is either on the wall with a knee-deep communal pool, or a view of the thuja.
About the room: a strange design with a dark burgundy wall and everything else is gray (a strange combination), an aged mirror above the bed, well, in general, at least the room is whole, in a normal way, the hotel seems renovated. But there was not enough furniture.. There is only one bedside table, there is no closet, only 5 hangers, no shelves, as a result, the clothes were lying on the safe, then on the shelf for the suitcase. The most common hooks are simply missing! Even in the bathroom, the hooks were only on the door, as a result, the towels hung either on the hair dryer or under the sink. It looks pretty, but we didn't think it through. Is that where the stool is at the table? But she's not here. Otherwise, if you are a couple of husband and wife, and not two girls, then things will be a little easier, perhaps. There is a dark curtain in the shower, it is dark to stand behind it and there is no light there. There is liquid soap by the sink and shower gel next to the watering can. The balcony is nice! There is a mosquito net. On the balcony there are chairs, a table, a hanger for change and even a drain under it! Towels have never flown off the railing. The view is good from the room on the second floor 2012, on the right you can see the sea, a direct view of a private empty lot and beautiful mountains, and somewhere nearby roosters who are crowing. The air conditioner does not turn off at all, but it is quiet. There is a kettle and teas, coffee, plastic cups. The maid does not bring water and does not replenish consumables, but everything is freely available 24/7 in the restaurant and at the bar (take as many bottles of water as you want in unlimited quantities). The maid cleans quite strangely, sometimes leaving whole puddles in the room and the bathtub. But the bed linen was changed regularly, it seems that it was changed at least twice in 10 days.
On nutrition. There is enough of it here, breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffee break with pastries, dinner, free drinks, alcohol, cocktails, in short you will not be hungry. There is red, white, pink wine (pink is delicious, but red and white were just tasted and made sure that it was so-so). I would like more variety on the buffet. I can't say that there were culinary masterpieces, but sometimes there were quite tasty things, and sometimes meat that is impossible to chew. I looked at another tourist's review of the hotel on YouTube, he has king prawns there. Oh, I was waiting for them all 10 days of rest, but alas, there were no such luxuries. Everything was modest, although there is always something to choose from. At the end of the rest, they put a vertical spit and the cook cut the meat, it was delicious! Very cool ice cream, I always took it, it is available at lunch and dinner. There are three types of everything, but I ate it almost non-stop. Next to the ice cream are oriental sweets, which are certainly too sweet for us Russians. There are two types of pastries in the coffee break, but it is not sweet. In general, the food in this place is NORMAL, but if you want to wow, of course you should choose the hotels of the Labranda group.
There is a restaurant A la carte above the second floor, there is a great view from there, sign up and come, although it even seems to me that you can come like that. There's only one waiter who pours sparkling wine and serves cheesecake. Go there for sure to take stunning pictures with views of the sea, mountains and palm trees.

I really liked the tour operator Sun&Fun, they provide a great service. We took a ride on the Aegean Islands excursion for an evening for 20 people (ticket per person $ 70), we just enjoyed it! Firstly, we immediately sat down and drove because the marina is 5 minutes from the hotel, secondly, the boat is not old, comfortable, with sun beds of all kinds on top and in front. The food was amazingly delicious, the alcohol was excellent, no Turkish music! The places are gorgeous, we went out on the islands, swam everywhere in clear, very warm water, we really liked everything! That's the only reason to pick up tourists 5 hours before the flight, if it takes only 2 hours to get to the airport, this is of course a big question, but it seems to be done everywhere.

We vacationed as a couple in July 2023. We liked everything, but the place is very specific. If a vacation in a quiet Turkish village is suitable for you, where roosters sing in the morning and there is absolutely no entertainment, then go boldly. Highlights of the hotel:
- Located in the village, there is no entertainment or shopping. The hotel stands on the shore of a cove surrounded by wooded hills, the view is very beautiful;
- The hotel operates in the concept of "16+", all guests are without children, there is no animation and children's equipment. It was a plus for us;
- Clean air, pine trees and palm trees grow around. There is a breeze blowing, so the heat in July is not felt (there was hell in Marmaris);
- The sea is right behind the gate, but there is no beach. We were located on the pool, it is beautiful and convenient there;
- The sea is calm and good in the morning. By noon, the winds begin to blow, the sea waves, and debris washes ashore. Swimming is not so fun anymore;
- The range of food and drinks is very modest. Cocktails are in the way of good ones. They give delicious baklava and ice cream 2 times a day. But this is not a UAI in any way. Be prepared;
- The rooms are normal, the repairs seem to be fresh, but they are already done. They're a little dark, like in a closet;
- The bathroom door does not close;
- The territory is small, but well equipped. There are many places to relax (armchairs, bungalows, very comfortable sun beds, bar area);

The territory is tiny, there are residential buildings on the edges of the hotel. It is better to bring your own alcohol here, otherwise you will regret it very much in the morning (even after two cocktails) beer-water. The hotel positions itself at 5* in fact 2-3*.

We had a rest at the end of June 2023. Confident 4* this hotel earns for its money. For a quiet, relaxing holiday, it fits well: everything is included, the beach is across an unlit road, there are no chants from the mosque at 6 am, there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Marmaris, the staff is friendly to animals (seals come to breakfast and dinner to beg for food and two cute dogs live in the lobby). In general, we were satisfied. Of the minor disadvantages: heavily diluted cocktails, the renovation in the rooms was a long time ago, flies are circling over the buffet.

The hotel is 45+ by age. The food is not pretentious. But, good quality. The bar is open until 00.00, there is a shop with alcohol and groceries nearby. Payment is being made with a Union Pay card. In the second decade of September, the sea is calm until 11.00, then the excitement begins, the wind blows. The water is very warm. The entrance to the water is sandy. We checked into this hotel today (08/09/2024) - I'm just crying! The money was given to breathe damp and mold in the room! The refrigerator and air conditioning are also not working! It is elementary to move to another room, they refuse! This is not a vacation, but hell, there is no other way to call it! Never come here and don't get fooled by "beautiful" pictures!

Maybe at the beginning of the season the hotel decided to earn some good reviews, but by August it had completely blown away. The only huge plus for this hotel is the staff! Thanks a lot to the girls at the reception (in particular Alina) and the guys at the bar and restaurant👍🏻⭐️1️⃣ You are very clever! The rest is the bottom. The beach is not cleaned at all!!! The dirt is terrible everywhere - sun beds on the beach, flower pots, mosquito nets, bed linen, beach towels, floor tiles throughout… Horror!!!
Cleaning in the rooms is a solid appearance: they removed the garbage, put toilet paper and bye-bye. We chased the maid in the hallway so that on the 7th day of rest they would change the torn pillowcases and sheets... the bedspread did not change for all 12 days (perhaps someone hid under it before us).
Beach towels are changed only from 19 to 21🤦🏽♀️ Lunch and dinner are only 1.5 hours. There are no promised greetings and champagne and you should not wait. Half of the output is French fries and incomprehensible cutlets. Fish of one kind and only for dinner. If there were 6 types of ice cream on arrival, then after 4 days there were 3 left (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate). Delicious baklava and sherbet, but also only for lunch and dinner🤦🏽♀️
There is practically no animation. There is nowhere to go, but you can use the free shuttle service to Marmaris itself (only the schedule is such that you stay either without lunch or without dinner).
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Once again, respect to the bartenders and waiters, the rest is a nightmarish horror and a broken bottom.

The beach is small, glasses and garbage are removed, you can always find a free sunbed.
If anything, keep in mind that there is a dorm near the beach, cars rarely drive, but still, for me it was not something strange, I was lying on a sunbed by the water.
We signed up for a restaurant 5 days before the hike, but we didn't have enough cheesecake, it's a shame.

As I said, it's not 5 stars or ultra, so the choice in the dining room is modest enough, but in general we had enough of everything. There were even shrimps for dinner, which was good news. It's a very gorgeous view. We were hoping for a suite with a Jacuzzi, but it didn't work out. Oh well)) The rooms themselves, except for 3-bed rooms and suites, are tiny. You'll have enough to sleep on) In the bathroom, not all rooms have a curb that prevents water from spreading all over the floor. Unfortunately, this is a problem... There is also a refrigerator in the room. Upon arrival, all you will see there is a couple of juice packs and a couple of bottles of water. Nothing else. And it is not replenished at all. I also want to mention the sea of minuses. Of course, the hotel itself has nothing to do with it, but there is such a theme there that the sea is clean and calm only until 8 am. And after 12, mud and big waves generally arrive there. Therefore, from 12 o'clock we went to the pool and swam there. In general, there were positive emotions from the rest due to the diligent staff. The hotel is 16+ so you will not see children there and you can relax without screeching and squeaking) Most of the contingent is from Russia and near Europe. There were both British and Germans. Animation is so-so 3 times a week. P.S. Do not buy excursions from the tour operator. Overpay a lot, and in the end, the same thing as in the city, buy a tour. Speaking of the city itself. Buses go there 2 times. In the morning at 10-00 and at 17-00.If you have lost a free bus in the city, then you can switch to a paid one for 35 rubles or a taxi, which is even worse. We couldn't walk for a long time under the scorching sun, and I was ready to do anything just to leave and end up at the pool. Horror, horror, just tin!
The sump is of the lowest quality. It's not that it's not 5*, it's, God forgive me, barely 3*. The presence of a tiny pool does not entitle the hotel to show up as 4, given the disgusting quality of the services available.
1. THE SEA. If a beautiful sea is important to someone and he deliberately went not to the Black Sea, but here in the Mediterranean, then you will be disappointed * absolutely*. If you don't believe me, look at Google Maps, the beach category is red. Windy and dirty. Only in the morning before 11 o'clock you can see the semblance of clean water, but it is not transparent either. And considering that a canache is slowly pouring down from the border of the hotel beach, smelling, then you can imagine the purity and unforgettable sea waters. Bueeee
2. ROOMS. OLD rooms with peeling wallpaper, torn baseboards, a bedside table on one side only, a switch on one side of the bedside lamps too. There is no *hood* in the shower/toilet! This is kapets . There is no shampoo and shower gel, but there is a bucket where 2 in one ("and do not confuse! "as in the joke about the pill).
Dirty used bed linen after someone. The same towels. And the bath rooms are slightly larger than those for the face.
We had black marks from someone. The beach ones are no better, old, tattered.
There is no normal towel rack in the bathroom. 2 small hooks for some reason under the ceiling.
3. FOOD and drinks. It is better not to drink cocktails if you want to return alive, because they make them with chemical yuppie, cola is mixed with water and the quality of alcohol is disgusting. They are 5* UAI, where there should be normal alcohol. OK, a cheap tour, but for 5*, but too expensive for 3*. The meat is almost all fried in breadcrumbs. If you want to crunch breadcrumbs, then this is yours. Yes, there is a turkey a la shawarma and sometimes stewed beef in small pieces in a mountain of vegetables and gravy, but from old meat it is probably very tough!
There are no salad mixes and vegetable mixes.
Tables without tablecloths! But it already seems like a trifle.
The fish is only smelly fried small mackerel . once the shrimp is frozen, tasteless, friable.
The only sweets are baklava and ice cream. There is no variety of dried fruits, onions, even flakes in the morning, only 1 or 2 types.

The Wi-Fi is of terrible quality, which constantly falls off and every 5 minutes you need to enter your username and password again.
Are there any advantages? Yes. The guys are the waiters. They clean up dirty dishes sooo fast. They are real good fellows. Well, if you like few people, then this is some kind of privacy. Because there are campsites and people around. And if the hotel stood in the forest, but there were burnt-out hills and a village nearby. That is, there is no special nature, but there is no embankment and there are no people.
The hotelier is definitely deceiving customers. It's hard for everyone right now, but it's so bad... It wasn't like that anywhere else.

It's dirty everywhere: at the reception, throughout the hotel, on the beach and in the dining room, but I was not mistaken - they don't pull at the restaurant. There is no cleaning in the room! Thanks for the delicious cooking to the chefs and waiters in the hall and in the bar - the guys are trying, but the hotel manager is a young blonde, does not hear tourists and staff and does nothing. Almost a new hotel "ushatali" so that it looks like an old and shabby one. The rooms are small, the bathroom is in black tiles - with 2 dim light bulbs. Apparently, so that the dirt is not visible! I don't recommend it .

Hello everyone.
We had a rest in June 2023.
I liked the hotel.Service for 5*.we checked in on arrival, there were rooms available, they were delivered to us until 14-00, put on bracelets and fed breakfast.
All issues were resolved quickly.
The beach is equipped, there were enough sun beds for everyone, the sea is warm, calm in the morning, a small wave by lunch, we swam from 6 to 18.
The room is standard, everything worked fine.
The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed.
Beach towels were given out immediately, changed at the reception.
The food is wonderful.
Greens,vegetables,olives,cheeses,fruits,chicken,meat,fish.
Pastries, ice cream.
The bar was open, the drinks were locally produced.
Everything is quite decent.
There are no children in the hotel.Quietly, calmly.
And the adults didn't brag.There were no drunken screams and fights.
The hotel staff is polite, friendly and always ready to serve guests.
The hotel is more suitable for couples and older people.
For those who came to swim, sunbathe, travel and relax.
Noisy, drunken companies are not welcome there.
The top five is budget-friendly , but decent.
Nothing superfluous, but everything you need is there.
There is a hammam and animation, transfer to Marmaris and back.

When choosing a hotel, we couldn't help but be attracted by the proximity to the sea. However, to our great regret and surprise, it turned out to be small and dirty (that's not what they wrote about in the reviews on Travelat🤔😕) — with black sand, a couple of meters from the road where cars constantly drive, and therefore dust was constantly in the air on the beach… Of course, such a beach did not cause any desire to spend time by the sea.
It is a pity that our hotel guide Olga, from the tour operator Fun&Sun, was only interested in selling excursions. The guide was unhappy that at our first meeting with her we did not put money on the excursions they offered (arguing that "money can always be earned, but we do not often go on vacation"). To our question about whether there is a "better" beach nearby, we received a decidedly negative answer. For those who bought excursions, little "secrets" were revealed. Coincidence or not, I don't know... however, my husband and I found the very nice beach ourselves, a 15—minute walk from our hotel.
The views from the hotel's balcony are very beautiful (coves, sea, greenery...), which cannot but be noted as the strong side of the Voxx hotel. The location of the hotel is not suitable for everyone, as it is located in the village. We got to the city on a free shuttle service provided by our hotel (all the drivers we met these days are really friendly people). We got back by public transport, as the departure time for the free transfer is inconvenient — you miss either lunch or dinner.
Speaking of the service at the hotel, everything is quite ambiguous here. I'll start with the impeccable, high-class work of the waiters and bartenders. All employees were under the constant strict supervision of the manager. We gave one star to these wonderful guys who were very attentive to us, our desires and the cleanliness of our tables.
The food was varied, but, unfortunately, most of the prepared dishes leave much to be desired. For some reason, perishable food was lying in the heat. The bread was often hard (apparently it was shifted several times). There was no variety in sweets. But there was ice cream — very tasty.
The receptionist was staffed by pleasant girls who speak Russian, as well as Turkish, English and Kazakh.
As for room cleaning, it's just a disgusting service, unfortunately. During the 8 days of our stay at the hotel, we were cleaned only 2 times (as we found out, it was noted in the cleaning sheet that we "refused" to clean). And this is despite the fact that for the first time cleaning in our room, we left a tip for the employee. It's a strange thing… They don't know how to clean the floors in the rooms at all. They just poured out a bucket of water, which made the room (already saturated with the smell of dampness) even more unpleasant. Yes, by the way, there are a lot of questions about the room itself: the wallpaper is peeling off, the toilet is not closed at all (only covered ...), there are only 2 hooks in the toilet, and there is absolutely no place, it is very dark in the shower cabin, there is no place for clothes and linen in the room (we lived on the ground floor, the room overlooked a small garden, which was watered every day at night, which made the dryer located in the courtyard useless, because swimsuits became even wetter overnight).
Since we took the tour two days before departure, the price was relatively low (120 for two), but some people rested on the same terms for 170. In this case, we most likely would not recommend giving money for a stay at this hotel.
And we would never have returned here for 120 thousand. 2 stars above the one that we addressed to the waiters and bartenders, we set for the fact that the beautiful view from the hotel restaurant, the location of the hotel among the chic coves, as well as the chic sun beds on the territory of the hotel.
The owner of the hotel needs to be more attentive to his guests and to himself (the behavior of the owner present on the territory of the hotel raised many questions that I do not want to talk about).
It is not good to deceive people who go to a hotel with a good 5-star ultra rating, but find themselves in such conditions when, in the absence of a positive mood for rest, they want to return home and regret the money they spent like that.

Terrible hotel!!!
We went on vacation in July 2023. They left the next day. They would have left earlier, but the replacement was only possible for another day.
It was impossible to eat in the hotel (there were flies crawling on the food, as it was not covered, there was no air conditioning in the restaurant, all windows and doors were wide open, at a temperature of 39-40 degrees Celsius).
The same unsanitary conditions are in the room, which the hotel manager refused to replace due to the lack of available rooms.
There is a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom, black mold and dirt everywhere! The hotel does not issue slippers… The room was not even cleaned for check-in (there is dust on the floor - that is, they are not that they are not washed, but not even swept, ants are crawling).
The furniture is old and torn. The wallpaper is dirty and stained. The bed has only one bedside table on one side. On the other hand, apparently, it is assumed that all personal belongings (phone, glasses, books ...) should be put on the floor…
The hotel is on the first line, but (!) cars and even buses drive right along the beach between the hotel and the sea!
The beach is black because there is no sand on it - only branches, garbage and the same smell of sewage. It's not as stable as in the room, but it's enough not to swim…
The water in the sea is muddy.
There is no infrastructure near the hotel. There are private houses and tents/trailers around, where people live, whose waste products are not known where they stay ... there are no toilets /changing rooms on the beach.
We consider this not just a bad hotel, but a place that, due to non-compliance with basic sanitary and epidemiological standards, MUST BE CLOSED until they are corrected.

The sea and the beach - the beach is dirty, but the sea is good, clean. BE CAREFUL, as there are small STINGRAYS off the coast that sting if you disturb them. My friend and I ran into each other several times, at first we did not understand what was the matter, who could sting, we thought that jellyfish, then a few days later, walking along the beach at 8 am and looking at the bottom of the sea, it was calm and transparent, we saw a stingray, and the puzzle came together, they sting with their tail. It hurts, it feels like a wasp bite, but a significant part of the body is affected. It passes after 1-1.5 hours. After talking with other residents of the hotel, it turned out that the stingrays stung several more people.
Food - the food is delicious, but there is not enough variety, it feels somewhere on the 5th day. From vegetables tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. From fruits plums, nectarines, apples, watermelon. Desserts are only baklava and ice cream, but they are very tasty.
Animation is from 21:00 to 21:30 every other day, if you are going to be entertained, then it's not here, we had a fun company, so it was wonderful for us.
Will we come back again? It is unlikely, but the impressions of the rest were good.

We stayed at this hotel from October 1-10.. We were offered to move to it from another hotel and we agreed👌
We liked everything, the location, the room, the beach, the sea. At the reception, a beautiful girl Shengul speaks Russian well, will always answer all questions in detail, will prompt and help. The restaurant has excellent chefs, we are not picky, there is more than enough food, everything is delicious, there are no queues, the sweet table is not big, but we are not amateurs) The bar has delicious cocktails, excellent pina colada 😉The bartender is also very attentive👌
Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the hotel and on the beach.
In the evening, from 21 to midnight, the DJ turned on cool music and turned on what we asked for without any problems)

Nice hotel. I don't understand why there are such negative reviews.. I liked everything: the food, the location to the sea, and the quality of service.
