Many thanks to the doctors and the director of the clinic. We regularly visit with cats, and we are very pleased with the professionalism and cordiality of the doctors. You can always get detailed advice on any issue and be sure of the quality of vaccines, medicines and services.
A couple of years ago, they even accepted a very sick wild hedgehog, although they refused in other veterinary clinics - they did everything they could and treated them humanely, for which I thank you once again from the bottom of my heart.

We went to this clinic with a cat, he had a swollen eye after a fight with a cat. They gave him anesthesia, conducted an examination, there was nothing in his eye, took a blood test and prescribed antibiotics and eye drops, for a total of 104 rubles at the checkout!!! We went home for treatment!!! The next day it didn't get any better, we came every day for an injection, and they said it was getting worse, which they didn't pay attention to at all and wanted to remove the eye altogether, because it was a completely different amount of money for the operation. How could you be going to remove an eye without doing an ultrasound and looking at what's going on there????!!!! On the advice of friends, we went to the Partizansky state veterinary clinic, we immediately had an ultrasound scan, they said that an abscess had gone and a mini operation was performed, after which our cat immediately felt better and the eye opened, which they wanted to cut out!!!!! Photos are attached!!!!We do not recommend going there!!!!

Attention! Read my review before contacting this clinic, it may save your pet's life and health! The trouble with the dog brought us to this clinic. Without taking an X-ray, doctor Artyom Beetle decided that it was a paw fracture and immediately began surgery. After 2 weeks, the dog's condition did not improve and there were suspicions that things were bad, we contacted a number of other clinics in Brest, where everyone unanimously confirmed that the bones were collected "by eye". No X-ray was taken. Artyom refused my demands to provide documents and photographs about the operation. The dog had to be operated on again. Now the dog is on the mend, but the recovery period is increasing due to the mistakes made by such an incompetent doctor as Artyom Zhuk. After I left my feedback about the work of this "specialist", I began receiving threatening calls on my phone not to tell about what had happened. People! Take care of yourself and your animals! Contact specialists and professionals in your field.

You can see from the doors that the equipment is dirty, questions immediately arose, they wanted to measure the temperature additionally, treated the thermometer and immediately put it on the table where the cat was sitting (violating the rules of antisepsis) and forgot about it at all, and the prices are more expensive in others, for such maintenance it is generally free It must be! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone if you do not want your pet to suffer at their hands!

My great thanks to the team, and especially to the chief physician, Artyom Igorevich Zhukov, for saving and rehabilitating our cat Thomas! 08/19/2024, after 2 weeks of hiking in other (3rd!!!) to clinics where the diagnosis was unambiguous - CRF in the last stage, I turned to VostokVet in complete despair with a request to at least put an IV drip on an almost dying cat. Artyom Igorevich, after reviewing the results of the preliminary conclusions, examined the cat, promptly did an ultrasound and a general blood test, after which he clarified the diagnosis and offered us another treatment. After a few days it was possible to see a positive trend, our cat began to recover!!! To date, we are fulfilling all assignments, and we are doing well. Thank you all for your kindness and attention, and most importantly - for your professionalism! Good luck and success in your noble cause!

Dear owners of our beloved pets, before contacting this clinic, I advise you to read my review! Up to a certain point, we were happy with this clinic, took our pet for vaccinations and even castrated there. But unfortunately, they both treated and "ruined" him. They brought a cat with signs of poor breathing, did a blood test and said it was an infection (most likely poisoning). We treated him for a week, went for injections, ivs, repeated tests, but it only got worse. Every day we went to the clinic and examined him. He stopped eating completely, everything came back out, he didn't even drink. One day we come home from work, and he barely breathes, they immediately brought him in, told him to take an X-ray to the Partizansky vet clinic. By the way, you can't get an X-ray from them, although it says in the description of their hospital that there is an X-ray. According to the X-ray results, it turned out that he had fluid in his lungs. The doctor did not even wait for us and sent home the poor cat, who was suffocating, did not provide help immediately. They said to bring the cat in the morning, they will do the operation. I brought him, there is no doctor, they said they would call, leave him with us, they called after 3 hours and said that the operation had not been performed, he was very weak, he was resuscitated and he was lying in an oxygen chamber. I came to pick him up, there is no doctor again, I contacted him by phone, by the way, he examined our cat three times in two weeks, although we were always told that the chief doctor would look at it. They said well, we will observe, inject injections, if not, we will do the operation, but he is already ill and no treatment helps him. We didn't give a little money, it's not a pity, but only that they would help and there would be some effect. We have made an appointment at the private Animal Health clinic, I advise everyone! The doctor from this clinic immediately said that you need to first find out what kind of fluid is in the lungs, and then find out the cause of its appearance and prescribe treatment. You have taken so much time from our cat, he is dying and remains hoping that he will wait for the result of the analysis, which you should have done immediately when you saw his breathing and what condition he was in to prescribe the right treatment. This is not professional on your part. You are very disappointed and your attitude towards animals is unworthy! It will be on your conscience!

We found a competent doctor who tried to save him, but time was lost, a young 3-year-old cat died because of your mistake.... I DO NOT ADVISE anyone TO CONTACT this clinic

The whole examination took no more than 2-3 minutes, the doctor (male) name, unfortunately, I do not know, could not determine the sex of the kitten, offered food for adult cats, behaved very rudely with his colleague in front of visitors. The impression of the clinic is the most unpleasant.
