The elevators are rattling, you can hear it in the apartment, the hinges on the entrance doors are sagging, charging for electric vehicles is not working. The apartments are very warm, the walls are not too crooked (it will do) the screed is normal.

The house is beautiful and modern, but there is a huge problem with Parking for cars. There are no places AT ALL. In general, if you drive by, drive by ;-)))
