We rented an apartment in July 2024. Excellent LCD: the territory is fenced, entrance by keys or code call. There is an excellent Playground on the territory, fenced with greenery. In the houses of the residential complex (entrance from the street) there is a grocery store, an excellent coffee shop with delicious coffee. There is also a fish restaurant and other shops. The location of the residential complex is very convenient - a five-minute walk from central Park and 28 Panfilovtsev Park.

The LCD is very convenient in location. Gorky Central Park is nearby. There are many cafes, lagmannaya, pharmacies along Gogol Street. Valeberis is nearby. The LCD is guarded. A large playground. Several exits from the LCD in different directions.

The two main parks of Almaty are nearby!

I don't know where the administration looks when installing air conditioners. Air conditioners hang half a meter above your head, just like that.Drops of condensate from air conditioners fall on your head from above and it's disgusting (by standards, you need to take it to the sewer). Stormwater showers in the rain beat a waterfall from a height of three meters. And drowns pedestrians. They sneezed at how people walk, pedestrian zones were illegally reclassified into parking on both sides of the LCD, roller shutters in graffiti, broken facade tiles, the smell of sewage in the commercial department. We came to Almaty with our family for a week , rented an apartment in this residential complex . The apartments are good with all amenities, and most importantly there is a children's playground in the courtyard, which is very convenient when you have two fidgets and the yard is guarded and letting the children play you do not worry that they may go to the city. I put all 5 out of 5
