The residential complex is located in the elite city center, between Gorky Parks and Panfilov Heroes Park, the playground is just super , all the staff ensures cleanliness and I would like to mention the person who is responsible for landscaping and flower beds! We rented an apartment in July 2024. Excellent LCD: the territory is fenced, entrance by keys or code call. There is an excellent Playground on the territory, fenced with greenery. In the houses of the residential complex (entrance from the street) there is a grocery store, an excellent coffee shop with delicious coffee. There is also a fish restaurant and other shops. The location of the residential complex is very convenient - a five-minute walk from central Park and 28 Panfilovtsev Park.

The LCD is very convenient in location. Gorky Central Park is nearby. There are many cafes, lagmannaya, pharmacies along Gogol Street. Valeberis is nearby. The LCD is guarded. A large playground. Several exits from the LCD in different directions.
