It gets worse and worse every year. Barriers, concrete blocks... Oh my God, this is not the outskirts, but the center of the city. For more than 30 years they have been trying to attract tourists, before they can attract someone, they need to create a beautiful infrastructure and not disfigure it. Mud and slush are everywhere....
