It's a great place, everything is nice and clean.The dishes are incredibly delicious and fresh.Special thanks to our waiter, I forgot her name (her mother cooks these juiciest mantas there), she was very beautiful, polite and attentive, she served our table. We bothered about 10 times about small things (the child was with us) so she satisfied all our requests with a smile and understanding, Alla raza bolsyn! Prosperity and good luck to our beloved Vostochka!

It's a great place, a whole restaurant! Delicious food (special shish kebab. It was taken from mutton - juicy, tasty, well-fried). Prompt delivery. We were preparing to wait 20-30 minutes (the waiter warned). The dishes were served earlier (they did not have time to finish the salads, as they brought a barbecue). The atmosphere is secluded and calm. Pleasant, unobtrusive music was playing. The sofas are comfortable. The prices are affordable!

Last month we visited the Vostochka cafe: the portions are large, the food is fresh, and the prices are affordable. We decided to go there again for dinner during the Feast. During this period, it is impossible to get into an institution in Almaty without prior reservation. In this cafe, in addition to booking, it was necessary to make a menu and make an advance payment. OK, we did it! However, due to the large number of guests, the food was prepared in advance, which made everything seem heated. As a result, almost everything turned out to be tasteless, except for the kaurdak. We were disappointed, and now we do not recommend this place. It's a pity that the impression has deteriorated.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but if I visit this cafe, I cannot remain silent. I decided to surprise a guest of our city with oriental cuisine. The choice fell on cafe Vostochka after reviewing the reviews and menus on the website. We ordered manti, lagman from the chef and a warm salad. The mantas were cooked normally. But Lagman…… The meat on the rib remained untouched after several attempts to bite it off (teeth are more expensive!), the rest of the meat was over-dried, and the vegetables were terribly salty.. The chef must have been in a bad mood, since his hands had created such a misunderstanding! The flatbread was delivered three days ago. On the remark that it was far from fresh, they took it away with the promise to change it to high-quality. As a result, they brought the same wooden one)) It's a pity not to spend money on a not delicious lunch-it's a pity that the choice was made incorrectly, and there was no time to visit other places with Oriental cuisine. Therefore, friends, write honest reviews, as they really are. Because based on our feedback, visitors make decisions about where to eat delicious and high-quality food, and where to look better is not worth it.
