beautifully designed restaurant with an impressive interior (you can enjoy the photos).
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations.
The service was notably slow, and the food quality left much to be desired. We were particularly disappointed with the lamb, which was the poorest quality I've ever encountered, and the bread was tough and unenjoyable.
It's possible we just caught them on an off night, but overall, it was a letdown.
Not going to come back here.
horrible service, the waiter was super rude, was looking at the ceiling when talking to us. He asked me how I want my ice cream coffee, and than brought me the opposite, it tasted like sugar and nothing else.
The food is delicious and beautiful!
The dolma is not bad, the kebab is surprisingly good, the chicken kebab is also good, no one in the company liked the mushrooms. Good lemonade.
Salads are just great!! We ate homemade and with chicken - they are just like a separate whole dish!
BUT the impression is spoiled by poor service. The waiter Rafael Khachatryan (sorry if I made a mistake in something) treated us like unwanted guests, clucked, almost rolled his eyes. It was unpleasant.
A delicious place with national cuisine. The menu is in Russian, Armenian and English. The staff is friendly, pleasant interior and patio. The feed is fast enough. Prices are above the city average.
A place to relax from a noisy vacation. The interior is calm. The service is good. The dishes are delicious. Prices are average in Yerevan. Despite the winter holidays, there were plenty of empty seats, unlike other similar establishments in the same area.
A very authentic place in old Yerevan! It has very beautiful and cozy interiors and very tasty cuisine. Be sure to try kebab and barbecue! The food is just fantastically delicious!)
Everything is very tasty yet, in summer on the veranda in the courtyard, and in winter in a large spacious hall
Pleasant waiters, delicious, quick service, I recommend you to visit!
Previously, it was not a shame to bring friends here who come to Yerevan for a short time. It is convenient that right in the center and there are local dishes on the menu. But the service is so long and lazy, the quality of the meat is not always stable, so I doubt more and more whether I will come here again. The last time we booked a table, we were not recorded at all and upon arrival they said that there were no seats on the veranda. Then, miraculously, the place was found.
Of the dishes, I don't even know what to recommend, but citrus lemonade is just top, bright and saturated, while natural, perhaps I won't be encouraging about the rest.
It's a beautiful restaurant, but the food is tasteless. We took different positions with friends, unfortunately, we only liked the dessert. Separately, I would like to mention the undercooked potatoes, and they were ordered both on coals and fried, if the restaurant cannot make such a simple position, we can draw conclusions about what more complex dishes will be. The waiters are kind of leisurely and arrogant. The prices are unjustified, and the service is questionable.
It's a nice cozy place, the soups are great, the barbecue is excellent, and we also tried fish. I don't want to say anything about fish at all, it's very tasty. We've been there twice, I advise you to visit.
A great restaurant, everything that was ordered was very tasty. A homemade tan is just something. Fast enough service, reasonable prices. The interior is pleasant. There is a beautiful veranda.
Authentic, delicious, especially pleasant in the evening on the patio. In the very center opposite the Alexander hotel. I want to go back. Interestingly, beautiful Armenian-style silver jewelry is sold at the entrance.
I have never seen such lousy service in any restaurant, either in Armenia or abroad. The waiters walk around the room with their noses in the air for some reason, they brought food and think that their functions are over. To remove the empty dishes, you have to wait for half an hour. The food is pretty decent, but the service will drive away many customers. The only drawback is the owners with such staff in the hall. The administrator does not show up in any way. They gathered in the hall in a bunch, laughing, watching something on the phone. It is clear that there are not enough personnel everywhere now, but not to the extent to recruit such a contingent.
The food is delicious, the service is courteous, the interior is stylish. Dishes of national Armenian cuisine. The wine was recommended for what you need!
I found this place by chance, and decided to go, the prices are slightly above average.
Friendly staff, very nice design. Huge + you can pay with a Russian mir card. The waiter also advised me to have a veal salad, and you know it's good that you listened, I haven't eaten such a delicious salad for a long time, it's just wow, unfortunately I didn't remember the waiter's name, but I'm incredibly grateful to him! It was 25.11.
It was in July 2023. The second favorite place in all of Yerevan, excellent staff and very tasty food. Huge portions and a large selection. It is difficult to describe my delight at the first visit, it was the first restaurant I visited in Armenia, and the only one I returned to twice. I strongly advise you to try raspberry wine and mountain sorrel soup
Just got out of there. There was a long hair in the salad, the plate was taken away, then I threw up, I came and sat down at the table, the second course was already brought. I wanted to leave, but I thought okay-everything is OK with the chicken, I will stay. The salad was replaced, but I refused because I couldn't see it anymore. He didn't leave in vain-instead of removing the spoiled dish from the bill, they left it, making a 10% discount on the bill.
Customer orientation is zero
The music is insanely loud, and the service took a long time. The food is ordinary, not that it's very tasty. The order and the waiter waited for 30 minutes.
The service is good and the food is very mediocre, a little disappointed.we ordered a kebab made of beef and lamb, it felt like it was cooked in the oven.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is good.
A friend advised me to visit this place, it turned out to be very close to the hotel where they lived (Ibis). We came to the restaurant for dinner and did not regret any amount. A very atmospheric and hospitable, Armenian-style place!!! Delicious and beautiful
An interesting restaurant, a beautiful courtyard. But the hostesses, the waiters are unfriendly, I got the impression: why did you come. There is no good wine
An atmospheric place. Unfortunately, I was probably unlucky with the visit time on Monday at 17. When the hall was empty, I had to sit in a cubicle. The food is on the level! Vegetables are great!! Vegetables are better than in Greece
One star for the interior, the second for the wine list. That's it, my dear friends. High expectations are even more disappointing. I'll explain why:
Minus a star for the service. Attention of the restaurant owners, please pay attention!!! A very indifferent attitude, how robots serve you, no recommendations, no detailed explanation of the dish to you. The feeling that we came to visit without an invitation, we will not feel the main thing - Armenian hospitality! Minus a star for the quality of the food: the kebab was rubber and very salty, the mashed potatoes were brought to the children generally cold and thick, which was impossible to eat, the snacks were very mediocre, even the tortillas managed to spoil, they were also brought cold, many items were not on the menu. But the main disadvantage is that in a week in Yerevan, this is the first restaurant after which my stomach hurt! We were a big company, everyone has the same opinion.
Beautiful interior. The service was polite, fast, the waiter knew the menu well and gave recommendations on dishes. The dishes were delicious, the presentation was beautiful, but to just wah, I didn't have such an impression.
Hello dear restaurant owners. I visited your restaurant every year, everything was always very tasty and huge portions, plus good prices for the city center. But this year, today a table for 4 people was calculated for us in the amount of 60,000 drams, besides, we immediately felt that the cook had changed.
1) Tabouleh-there was one cereal without greens, a half-plate portion
2) The roast was floating in oil
3)Shish kebab -one serving of 4 small pieces of lamb, half of them bones
4) The chicken was not cooked on coals, but it had the impression that it was heated in the microwave
5) The plates are very heavy, I can say the same about the coffee cups, the waiter simply did not calculate the strength, and the contents poured out on one of the guests
6) The famous set of different pates is the highlight of the restaurant! We had to beg for this dish
7) From what was indicated in the menu, 80% of the answer was that it did not happen
8) When 2 days ago I went in to book a table from 15:00 to 18:00, we were told that there were almost no seats, but today it turned out that only 2 tables were served in the entire courtyard, there were no people
Bring back the old cook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A wonderful, cozy, atmospheric and, most importantly, a very tasty place. For tourists, this is a great place. But the prices are not that low. Although it's worth it. On the terrace - just an incredible atmosphere.
A friend who has been living in Yerevan for more than six months called us here with the words: "This is one of my favorite places. There are more pretentious and expensive places, but there is no point in going to them, because it is tastier and more comfortable here." I don't even know what to add to his words, I totally agree!
Meat dishes are above all praise, the kebab is juicy, with a crust. The hummus is perfectly tender. The salads are fresh, the vegetables in them smell of the sun and give juice. The bread is warm, smelling and airy. Artsakh is warming and apricot. And even the honey cake is perfect, it looks like at least a dozen layers, I ate it in small pieces so that it melted in my mouth longer:)
For dinner for 4 we spent 45 thousand drams, while for the whole table we took a set of snacks and bread, a bottle of wine and 200 grams of local vodka, and everyone had a salad and a hot meat dish.
The service is excellent, the staff are polite, they will be happy to recommend a dish or wine.
A very cozy place, with a veranda, decorated in accordance with local traditions, I highly recommend
It's not very tasty
Hashlama about nothing
Sorrel soup is something between cabbage soup and borscht, only with sorrel
The design is normal
There are several much more delicious places nearby
It is quite a popular place among both visitors and locals. Why? It remains a mystery. Ordered:
1. Saved - no questions asked, delicious and satisfying.
2. Grilled vegetables are excellent, special thanks at least for that. The eggplants are just amazing.
3. Mushroom shish kebab - 5 dry mushrooms with rubber suluguni on pita bread showered with a real downpour of barberry. Zero bullshit.
4. Shish kebab and a cradle of dairy calf is the main disappointment. The calf turned out to be an old cow, purely for personal feelings. A completely dried shish kebab and almost the same, without a share of juiciness, a cradle. An obvious dislike.
Make your own conclusion, dear readers.
Amazing place!!!
Very beautiful patio, amazing service. And the most important thing is the kitchen. I tried hashlama with lamb and dolma, very tasty. I advise everyone.
Pleasant place: a beautiful courtyard. There are many dishes for the company, one or two can also find something. But still, I would like to be able to try out the options in single portions from what is being done for the company. In terms of service time, despite the workload of the institution, it is generally quite fast.
A very atmospheric place, great cuisine, cooking very fast. My wife's birthday was celebrated, she was given a cake. The interior is in the style of a courtyard in Yerevan. We really liked it.
