I was in the institution on 10/27/2024. In this cafe (dining room) it was terribly dirty. The cutlery leaves much to be desired, all bent and whatever. At the very beginning, they faced rudeness, asked where the forks were, received the answer "We don't have forks," and a minute later an employee came and threw the forks. Considering that we were at 15:00, many items from the menu were no longer available. To the question "Do you have pork roast available?" the girl took a plate and immediately put a portion on it, although I did not ask her about it. When the emphasis was placed on this, she just smiled and handed over the plate. Then everything gets more interesting... At the end of the distribution there are various drinks, which do not indicate what kind of drink it is. To the question "What drinks are in the assortment?", they also answered rudely: "Can't you see?", after which she immediately left. The same woman works at the checkout. To be honest, I was shocked. When she came to the cash register, she was standing two meters away from me and was solving some questions and did not react in every possible way to my request to calculate me. At the same time, it was clear that she heard me and did not react in any way. On the third attempt, another employee approached me with psychos and discontent.
I decided to sit down at the table, which also turned out to be impossible due to the fact that the tables are located uncomfortably and when people are sitting on both sides, it is not possible to sit between them. I had to move the table to the middle. During the meal, I noticed that the cutlery fell to the floor in order to put the pies on, it was put back in place without even washing.
There are no hangers for clothes, there is nowhere to hang a jacket. There are no napkins or pepper on the table, there is only salt that has been lying for a long time, which is already scary to use, because it has turned black.
What struck me was that a wake was taking place at the next table. Usually, in this case, a separate place is allocated or the institution is closed. But how unpleasant it was when you just went in to eat, and at the same time attended someone else's wake.
The food was very warm. To taste for 3/10.
I was not satisfied. That was the last time I went there.

This is not a dining room. This is some kind of canteen. Maybe the choice is better during the day, but in the evening it is meager. Plates with cracks, appliances are not very convenient (forks with chopped teeth). The tables are clean. The toilet is dirty and stinks. They're cheating. My dinner of mashed potatoes, chicken fillet cutlets, pie and compote was 23 kopecks more expensive than on the menu. The pie is 0.60, and the check is 0.63. The compote is 0.20 more expensive. Tips.))
The mashed potatoes are delicious, not watery, and have a pleasant texture. The chicken is tough, the breadcrumbs are rolled in moderation. The dried fruit compote is rich, but too sweet for my taste. The jam pie turned out to have a strange taste and aroma of cabbage filling on the dough. Perhaps they were baked next to each other. The dough itself is overflowed with flour: dense, not very soft.
In general, there is no pleasure from visiting.
