Vongdeuan Resort is a small but rather cozy hotel on Samet Island in the bay of the same name. The hotel is located in the center of a small bay next to the Samet National Park Post. The bay is located in the center of the island, which gives advantages in a quiet, quiet vacation, enjoying nature and white sand on the beach. It is better to plan check-in from Monday, the price of rooms is cheaper and there are fewer people. Rooms for any choice, both for money and convenience, we took a Thai house closer to the beach. We ordered through the Island. The breakfasts are not a bad buffet, but it's not bad for the island - a couple of soups, rice, bacon, sausages, vegetables, fruits, omelette, baking coffee machine and so on. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but the bay especially in the morning is incomparable. We ordered lunches at the hotel , sometimes we ordered salads and fried hams from a peddler on the beach (she cooked with us ) It's not bad enough. Although you can have lunch at any hotel in the bay. In the evening, all hotels put tables and samples of dishes with a price on the beach and you choose where you want to eat. Dinner on the beach with the sound of the surf is romantic. There are also several shops in the likeness of femelimart, but the price is twice as high as on the mainland. We brought fruits with us. You can get from Pataia by taxi or take a transfer from any street tour company. Taxi to Banphe town (Pier) from 700 to 900 baht , transfer 400 baht per person. You can get from the pier by speedboat or walk to the office and from there free of charge by boat to the hotel itself. The office of the Wangduan resort hotel is located near the taxi stand (if you look at the sea, then on the left at the beginning of the pier). And keep in mind that when visiting the island, you will be charged 200 baht per person for being in the national park. Have a nice stay! Vongdeuan Resort

It's a very nice place. Many bungalows of different price categories are scattered along the seashore. It includes a very varied breakfast buffet and equipment for water activities - kayaks, saps, surfboards, as well as sun loungers. Every evening, the cafe puts tables on the beach, you can drink cocktails and admire the sunset and fireshow.
We had a vacation with children in August 2019. We stayed for 5 nights. I really liked the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hot dishes and soups were not repeated in five days. In addition to watermelon, pineapple and papaya, there were always additional fruits. There were no problems with feeding the children: cereals, milk, pancakes, cookies, yoghurts, toast, cheese, sausages, ham, vegetables, omelets. The hotel grounds are beautiful. I recommend taking mosquito repellents from the mainland, both for the room and for protection on the street. There are a lot of mosquitoes after sunset, and the funds on the island are much more expensive. There were funds in the hotel room, but not enough. The beach is your own. One of the most beautiful on Samet. The hotel has its own transfer from the mainland and back - it's very convenient! They were registered on the mainland. There is a deposit of 1000 Baht. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. We recommend it. We really want to come back
We stayed at the hotel in October 2018. I liked that the hotel provides its guests with a free shuttle service from Ban Phe Pier. The hotel has an office on the pier, where we were hospitably welcomed, treated to coffee, provided with drinking water. They also issued accommodation and food stamps here, took away the luggage that we had already received on the shore, but even there we did not drag around with him, because the employee brought the suitcases to the room. The room was a separate cottage. The room was small, but there was everything you needed except a closet. Cleaned every day, not perfect, but acceptable. The breakfasts were not bad, but the assortment of fruits was poorly presented: watermelons, pineapples and absolutely tasteless papaya. There was some kind of unpleasant mess on the territory. Three dogs were running on the beach, which sometimes fought among themselves and lay down under the sun beds, a couple of cats were fed in the restaurant, which was also a little annoying. There were very few umbrellas on the beach, and we had to take the sun beds ourselves. This is a significant disadvantage. In general, it doesn't seem like a bad hotel, but improvements are needed everywhere you look.
