Voltauto is a team of professionals that I trust!
I want to share my impressions of working with the Voltauto team. When choosing an electric car, I received professional advice: they told me in detail about all the current models, noted the advantages and disadvantages of each. So I settled on the BYD Song Plus EV 2025 model range. On the day of the order, I was offered a very favorable price, which, in addition to the car itself and the standard kit, included anti-corrosion treatment, interior mats, and an ID card. After signing the contract, I was kept informed of every stage of the delivery, answered all questions and sent photo reviews. After the arrival of the electric car in Minsk, Voltauto specialists prepared all the necessary documents for registration with the traffic police. Additionally, we put gifts in the trunk: useful accessories for winter operation, various wipes and car care products, and other pleasant little things. We also installed and configured a modem to provide Internet access, and installed license plates. Thus, I got an electric car completely ready for operation and equipped with pleasant accessories. The car is ordered, delivered ahead of schedule, during the waiting period, the manager sends a photo, discusses the arrival dates, prepares all the necessary documents for registration and registration. The manager is ALWAYS in touch, even on weekends! Answers to any question, useful links to get acquainted with the necessary information, in a word- professionals. The preparation of the car for the transfer to the owner deserves high praise!

I express my great gratitude to VOLTAUTO :
1). the car was delivered in 1 month and 10 days;
2). I got antikor (the processing quality is just super!!!) Verified!;
3). in my opinion, I received a great gift (a snow brush, a scraper, a brush for distilling water, two packs of napkins for leather and glass, a choice of flavored remedy).
I would like to especially mention the head of Andrey for his sensitivity and understanding, business communication, and instant decision-making. I left a personal contact (it's worth a lot), answered SMS and calls even after hours. Respect! I fulfilled all the promises on carpets and chargers 100%. He offered the lowest price for an electric car among companies in Minsk.
Also, I want to mention Mikhail, you can immediately see the person in his place. He knows everything about electric cars, helped with the settings, quick registration, gave the necessary contacts for car maintenance.

I ordered the BYD SONG PLUS 2025 model range at the end of 2024. I was worried that the company wasn't the biggest, but at the time of purchase, the price was the most pleasant. I took a chance, I was satisfied - everything arrived without questions within the agreed time frame, antikor was made, and we were given pleasant small gifts in the form of napkins and scrapers. Chargers, carpets - everything is in place. In the future, I will consider guys to purchase a car for my wife.

I signed a contract with Voltauto for the supply of BYD Song Plus EV cars on October 16. And after 1.5 months I got my beauty. Metallic grey looks great. I ordered additional accessories for the car. He was constantly in touch and advised on all issues, as well as informed about the promotion of cars to Belarus.
Although Voltauto is a young company, it employs very professional staff who will help you find what you need, tell you what is best suited and help you get what you want. I thank all the employees of this company.
