The service is terrible. The delivery is being canceled. The courier called 30 minutes before arrival, requesting a fee not only for delivery, but also for taking the elevator (the delivery was free, the lift too, everything was agreed in advance). The payment method was changed without my knowledge. I had to call the manager in a hurry and wait for him to decide everything. Wasted nerves, time. The pleasure of shopping is ruined.

I ordered through an online store. The order delivery was delayed by a month. They kept putting it off: first for the next week, then for the next day. Delivery is not to the apartment, but only to the entrance, but you will find out about this only upon arrival of the courier. They don't call themselves, and moreover, they stop answering calls from your number later, but they pick up the phone from another number. There are different circumstances, but instead of feeding the customer with "breakfasts" and wasting his time, you can explain the situation normally so that people order elsewhere. The store's advantage is only in the price.
