Unfortunately, the hotel with beautiful beaches and beautiful grounds disappointed with the service and service. There are excellent courts and sports facilities, a good children's park and an aquapark. But if you're not a fan of huge restaurants with lots of people, then you don't need to come here. You can't go to a la carte every day, which is strange. The attitude of the staff towards the guests is, to put it mildly, strange. Apparently this is the manager's position. Filling the rooms does not pull on 5* in any way. I really want to believe that in the new season at least something will change for the better at the hotel. It's a shame about the hotel. The place is good, but the people The concept is not mine and I will not return here, but I know that many people love this hotel precisely because of the children's concept.

There were 11 days in this hotel from August 30th to September 11th. The warm sea. A lovely hotel, but a little tired of the room stock. The food is beyond praise . It is very tasty and most importantly the products themselves are good. Ice cream is not chemical . The child liked the amusement park very much. The only thing is that the Ferris wheel can cause more panic attacks because there is nothing visible in the cage and it turns for a long time. But it looks good from the outside)) our 4-year-old child loves the sea, so they never reached the water park. And so, in principle, we were satisfied with the rest. I really didn't want to say much about the service. Until they complained that the convenience hadn't reached our room all day, so they immediately began to clean up. If you are willing to pay well and get a better vacation, it is better to go to Lujo also in Bodrum. We met people at the airport from there and they were just delighted to see , the price is +/- the same, but the impressions are 100 times cooler.
