Two floors of the mill were demolished, leaving only the first floor, surrounded by a metal fence. The places nearby and the river are beautiful. An authentic heater leads to the place.

To be honest, I doubt very much that they bought it... On a calm request to explain on what basis the land in the water protection zone was fenced off and the historical monument was being dismantled into bricks, the "owner" aggressively yelled and ran away...
