A majestic and mighty waterfall. The water is invigorating, with a gust of wind, it blows cool. It's very beautiful. You can't get there by your own transport, but you can walk 3 km. There is a parking lot below and from it you can take a car to the waterfall. The price is 2500rubles per car-4 seats, you can also put it in the trunk) there are also UAZ trucks for 6-8 seats, 3500₽. The road up is all washed out by the rains, it shakes very much in the car when climbing and descending. Then you can walk a short distance.

One of the most beautiful waterfalls I've been to. Majestic, powerful, but at the same time calm and peaceful.
This natural wonder is located in the Tkuarchal district of Abkhazia. The road to Tkuarchala is good, asphalt. From Tkuarchala to the abandoned town of Akamara, rubble mixed with primer. The ascent to the waterfall itself is possible only on a four-wheel drive frame car. You can take a car right in Tkuarchala, if it's a pity to kill your car over potholes. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. The republic lives by tourism, we must understand this. We took the car right at the exit from Tkuachala and did not regret it. The driver of Alaska drove the car very carefully and competently, telling on the way about local attractions, cities where miners worked, about nature. On the way, we made several stops for photos. The road from the parking lot to the Irina and the Giant waterfall is a bit complicated. Descent-ascent. Special attention is paid to shoes. We need comfortable, durable, non-slip shoes. Otherwise, it will not be a walk, but a torment. But it's worth it. The beauty and monumentality of this natural wonder will not leave anyone indifferent.

A beautiful waterfall. One of the highest in Abkhazia. You can get here either on foot or by jeeping and then on foot. Jipping can be taken at the cafe at the end of the 2500 car road.
