There were about 4 people in front of us, people were choosing a product. When our turn came, it was about 16-45. We needed a bath and toilet consultation. I was already worried that we wouldn't make it. The seller calmed down and said that he was working until the last customer. There were a lot of questions, in the end we chose a bathtub and a rimless toilet. We decided to place the order tomorrow. On Sunday morning, the store received a call and the order was confirmed. We agreed from 13-14, delivered on time. I liked the delivery, in general, the seller said that they had a delivery in the evening after the store closed. I think it's convenient for people who work, you don't have to leave your job. And now the preface, how we got to this store. On the sanit website.by we made an order for a German cast-iron Kaiser bathtub ,the price on the website is 1969 rubles. On Saturday (03/15/25), Vanya was brought to 14. I was shocked, it was a different bathtub than the one we saw on the website. It was narrowed to the bottom, the enamel was wavy (the enamel is not glossy), China. We refused and on the Internet we came across the store "Water and Heat" on Vladimirova 57. We wish the store prosperity and many customers.
