I had a chance to visit here at the end of October 2024. Duplex rooms, and that's all the advantages. Of course, the stairs to the second floor are not thought out at all, God forbid you stumble, but if you drink too much alcohol, it's better not to climb at all, otherwise you can kill yourself. Dirt is everywhere, both in the room and on the floors.The hotel isn't old, but it's run down. The furniture is dirty, everything is soaked everywhere, I haven't seen the plumbing of the house for a long time, the toilet lid is on your back, the shower stall has no glass, there is no shelf for bath accessories, there is no holder for a watering can, taking a shower is another quest. During the 10 days of arrival, there was no cleaning at all, let alone towels, the staff is on their wave in their office dancing with friends, drinking coffee and smoking, the pool is not being cleaned, deck chairs and mattresses have long been tired, so even in the evening it is impossible to listen to voiceless bards singing into the microphone until 11 at night, on the third day of such concerts, I had to go to a scandal, the breakfast is standard in Turkish traditions, again the tables and chairs in the restaurant
are asking to be thrown in the trash. There are no advantages, the hotel didn't cost a penny, I definitely don't want to go back there a second time. The sea is close, but it's so dirty.

A great hotel. Very large rooms, like apartments. A good Turkish-style breakfast. The sea is 300 m away. The beach is large, sandy and pebbly with dark sand. Beaches or complexes or public ones. The hotel has a small swimming pool. The children's pool and playground are small.
