Hello, on July 22, my husband and I were in this store shopping for cosmetics, perfume consultant we had baskets, but they were so small that they fell out a couple of times from there, I don't even remember they put them in the basket and went on to shop at the checkout, they paid for everything and my husband asked to open the perfume to see and there when they were revealed, they turned out to be a marriage and the nose was broken off, we asked to change it and the worst thing began, they 3 sellers began to accuse us that we broke it ourselves and that we are arrogant and they will not change anything for us, the husband wrote a book of complaints, but it seems to me no one reads from the rukavodstvo very unfriendly sellers do not promise to make purchases you can rest without money and with a broken spirits

A store with cosmetics and household chemicals in a department store in Vitebsk. Some of the lowest prices for goods compared to competitor stores. Despite the small size of the store, there is a wide range of products. The staff is very polite and friendly.
