We went on a Riga-Tallinn weekend tour. I liked everything. Well-thought-out program, good hotel, excellent breakfast, location near the center. Dmitry is a professional manager, everything is clear and organized. A tourist got lost in Jurmala so that we wouldn't wait for her. We were transferred to another bus so that we could arrive at the Acropolis shopping center in time and not waste time (Thanks a lot for that). The guide is just a smart girl. Thanks for the weekend, we will be planning a trip again in the summer!

I went on the Baltic Duo Riga-Tallinn tour in April. I really enjoyed the trip... accommodation in a small but comfortable and cozy hotel in the center of Riga...all rooms are equipped with refrigerators, etc., wonderful breakfasts... I would like to share my disappointment with the experience of working with the travel company Vladislava Tour. Unfortunately, our trip, which my friend and I had planned with great enthusiasm, ended in an extremely unpleasant experience.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (illness), we had to cancel our tour. We expected that the company would treat this with understanding and return the money (or part of it), as is customary in such situations. When contacting us on the phone, we were bullied, hung up, and asked to go to court. In a reply letter, they accused that the disease was fictitious and a person who was not personally present at the signing of the contract had no right to contact them with any inquiries at all.
Customer service at Vladislav Tour leaves much to be desired. We feel cheated and disappointed, and we do not recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable travel company, it is better to choose another one where customers are really appreciated and respected.

We returned from the Riga-Jurmala tour. In short, we got much more than we expected! This is the best idea for a weekend if you have a visa open. For reasonable money, we took a break, changed the environment, and got a bonus for shopping at great prices. There are plans to repeat this route in the summer.
One of the advantages is a hotel with a good location and delicious breakfasts. Yulia, the team leader, helped us solve all practical issues and shared a lot of useful life hacks, thanks to which we saved a lot of time and easily navigated unfamiliar places. Special respect to our guide Svetlana! She literally made us fall in love with these places.
In general, it's always nice to deal with professionals who do their job with their hearts. I recommend the company and will definitely come back again.

Riga-Jurmala is the best route for a weekend tour. Everything is organized clearly: exciting excursions, free time. It was October 26-27, the weather was warm for October, but the guide built the route so that we alternated a walk through the streets and closed locations to visit San.rooms and warming. There are trams running from the hotel, you can choose the program for the evening yourself: shops, walks, cafes. The maintainer explains everything in an accessible and understandable way, there were no additional questions. The drivers and the accompanying Dmitry worked professionally.
We were satisfied with the trip, we recommend it!!!

In principle, if you have planned a vacation, then there is almost no way to refuse. What can be said about traveling in a packed minibus, it was very difficult and uncomfortable. The head of the group behaved very nervously and unprofessionally when we began to complain that a husband with a height of 190cm could not fit in the last seats of the minibus.We were transplanted, but the sediment remained. Dmitry, the organizer of the group, is only interested in tourists shopping in certain places, forgetting that the tour is an excursion. Natalia, the tour guide, is a professional, very interesting, pleasant, and sincere. All the tours took place in one go. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is excellent.
I enjoyed the trip, but the transportation is terrible.

We went on a tour to Moscow with this company in December 2023. A separate respect should be expressed to the drivers. And that's all the good that can be said in the end. During the night crossing, the accompanying person did not consider it necessary to announce sanitary stops earlier. When buying the tour, it was announced that it would be possible to have breakfast in one of the establishments according to the program, as a result, breakfast took place at one o'clock in the afternoon, while the cafe group was not expected when we came for breakfast-lunch, it was already set for other tourists. They didn't want to take it, they snatched the plates from under their noses. Question: why was it not organized? Before that, the whole family left the tour on red square without waiting for it. The excursion to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior took up to 30 minutes practically running. Upon arrival at the hotel, we handed over our passports and waited at the reception for more than an hour, in response to our questions, the escort did not answer anything sensible. In addition, a surprise awaited us at the hotel in the form of the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity from the Belarusian room - it was possible to notify tourists about this in advance. Then several times I had to go back and forth to the reception, where, by the way, they did not want to listen to us, since the card did not open the room. In the evening, a bus tour was organized, it was good that those who went were extremely unhappy, as they stood in traffic for almost the entire tour. On the second day, we couldn't really figure out what time and where the gathering was, since the program and what the maintainer voiced did not match. In response to the question, she tried to make a mockery of us, allegedly they did not listen well. We only knew that we were going on an excursion first of all to the Izmailovsky Kremlin, as a result, the director decided not to go, citing the fact that he was close to the hotel and whoever wanted to had to go himself. Of the entire bus, one pair of tourists got there. In response to the objections of the entire bus, they heard only rudeness and insults from the director, and he refused to talk to tourists in person. After the eviction, the passports were dropped from two buses into one box and the tourists handed them out to each other themselves. As a result, on the second day we were simply brought to VDNKh and left for half a day. I want to say thank you for at least returning back to Minsk, but again, this is the merit of the drivers.

If it were possible to put 0 stars , then it would be so . Disgusting travel agency! The girls who sit there are rare boors. We applied there for a tour , but by coincidence refused for a month , the contract stated that the prepayment would be refunded, but they started feeding us breakfast, that the rooms were not sold , but according to our information they sold out almost immediately. As a result, two weeks later, we were refunded this prepayment and not all of it, but they returned 50% of the amount, ruffling our nerves. Think about whether it's worth going there if you want to be bullied and even blamed.

Summer is in full swing. The vacation season continues. Many people turn to travel agencies when planning a vacation. I don't want my vacation to be ruined because of its poor organization, incorrectly executed documents or transport breaking down on the road.
I want to share my story about my vacation last year so that others don't find themselves in a similar situation. Friends advised me to contact the state of emergency "La Gallera". Unfortunately, the spectacular French name of the company did not provide the same spectacular service. I don't even know how many times the contract for the provision of tourist services was redone: despite the fact that the trip was by bus, the documents prescribed an air tour with all the conditions; incorrect passport data was indicated, the wrong route was prescribed, etc.
But the most "trash" was with a vehicle and a representative of the company accompanying the tourists. These services were provided by the office of Vladislav Tour. The breakdown of the bus even before we left the Krasnodar Territory, the air conditioner not working in it and the second hatch sealed; random drivers (one is a trucker who did not refuse to work part–time, the second is a pensioner who almost fell asleep during a night crossing ...). And the accompanying lady did not consider it necessary to warn tourists about the breakdown of the bus, which is why people were with their luggage in the scorching sun for several hours while not answering their calls; she did not deign to wake us up at the bus stop in Gomel, they could leave for Minsk.
In general, I advise you to be careful when choosing a travel agency.

I want to write a review about a spoiled vacation thanks to our escort Dmitry! A person does not know how to listen and hear his tourist at all, he changes the tour program himself, and if there are objections from tourists, he simply shuts his mouth, while absolutely spitting on plans, agreements, etc.
Another extremely unpleasant situation happened. On the day of departure, my mother had a doctor, (we specially took a tour to leave on a holiday) No one congratulated (well, okay, we are not picky), but when the next day the other person from the group also had a doctor, our escort gathered everyone, congratulated, and to my question "we had a doctor yesterday from another person from the group" received a disgusting answer "well, not today". The tourists were shocked and congratulated their mother on the past themselves. But the situation is so ugly, to behave so boorishly.
Absolutely unprofessional approach, customer orientation is 0!
