I rented a 2019 Toyota Camry from this company for a long trip in Kazakhstan.
While the communication was good, my overall experience was disappointing due to serious safety and organizational issues.
Pros:
- Communication was smooth – questions were answered quickly and politely via WhatsApp.
- The company offers favorable conditions for long trips: a 300 km daily mileage limit (compared to the usual 200 km with other companies), and a relatively low fee for additional kilometers.
- The deposit is refunded immediately when you return the car – without any delay or uncertainty.
Cons:
- The car's technical condition was simply unsafe. The 2019 Camry had completely worn-out tires – the tread was nearly gone, and all four tires had cracks and tears. This was especially concerning with a 1000 km trip ahead.
- The wipers were also severely worn, with hard rubber, and did a poor job of cleaning the dirty windshield. This affected visibility, especially in the morning and evening.
- The car was supposed to be delivered with a full tank, but it had only half a tank. The person delivering the car spent about 40 minutes driving to a gas station to top it up.
- When I informed them about the tires, I was reassured that "the roads are fine," and that the management "hadn’t bought new tires yet."
- The person who delivered the car refused to record the poor tire condition in the handover report, claiming that management was aware of the issue and didn’t think it was a problem.
It’s important to note that both the tires and windshield were not covered by insurance – if anything happened, I would have been fully responsible.
Summary:
Although the company offers attractive rental conditions and communication was good, the car's technical condition was completely unacceptable and posed a real safety risk. Such irresponsibility, especially regarding essential parts like tires and wipers, is a major downside. It felt like this company is just waiting for an unfortunate customer to buy them new tires.
Advice for future customers: When picking up a car, make sure to allow extra time for a thorough inspection – check the tires, windshield, wipers, and fuel level. Be prepared to decline the car or have an alternative plan if its condition is unsuitable or unsafe for a long trip.

We rented a car for 2 days. The plans included trips outside the city to beautiful places. The representative of the company warned in advance that it would not be possible to travel to some points at this time of the year, so it was possible to rearrange the route. All conditions and tariffs were also announced in advance, including for the re-run. We took a 24-year-old Cobalt, automatic. Before renting out, they told us everything in detail about the car, showed us all the nuances, everything was recorded. We didn't experience any difficulties on the road, everything was fine. The car was washed and refueled before being returned under the contract. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it for tourists and guests of Almaty.

Before renting a car in Almaty, I studied a lot of options. Vladex turned out to be the best in terms of prices and availability of the "All Kazakhstan" tariff, which was relevant for me, because I was going to travel around the Almaty region. The car park is in good condition, all the actual conditions correspond to what is stated on the website.

Excellent rental agency. It was the first time I rented a car abroad, so I was a little worried about the deposit, but Vladex Car met all expectations. I chose from three agencies with normal ratings in Google and Yandex maps. In one agency, the refund of the deposit on the day of delivery of the car was not provided in principle, and I was offered to collect the money through friends. The second agency promised a refund of the deposit on the day of delivery of the car, but the price for 1 day of rent was about 30,000 tenge per day, although prices on the website started from 18,000 tenge.
In total, in fact, only Vladex Car promptly and comprehensively answered emails with my questions + I quickly passed all checks (booked a week before receipt) + when transferring the car, everything was explained in an accessible way according to the contract, rules, car and roads.
The delivery of the car also took place without any problems. They didn't find fault with any small chips or scratches (if I had them, of course). The money was returned 10 minutes after checking the car.

If you want to rent a car, then you are not here))
I tried to rent a car here twice, both times unsuccessfully.
Some mysterious "security service" for unknown reasons rejected the request twice (all documents are in order, experience is almost 10 years).
The second time they replied that it had not been half a year since the first refusal 🤷♂️
It seems that this is the provision of some important state services, and not the usual car rental.
In general, unfortunately, this company provides a very non-customer-oriented service.
I do not recommend it.

There were no problems with renting, the process of issuing and receiving the car was clear and understandable. The consultants do their job well, everything is polite, clear and understandable. There were no problems with the car.
The car must be booked in advance. I tried to book a week in advance, but there were no cars. I was able to book two weeks before the trip.

I rented a Duster for 6 days.
The mileage of the car is 107 thousand km.
All corners of both bumpers are heavily stripped.
It was cold in the car at -15 outside.
Everything else is fine. The car was booked in advance, picked up and handed over accurately in time. Nikita's manager provided useful advice by phone when dealing with the local traffic police on the road.

Terrible service, interrogation at the time of booking and delayed registration. While I was throwing off the documents, they told me that your car was already booked and you go to the forest, although then it turned out to book for yourself. When receiving a Renault Duster car, the stove did not blow over the feet, the liquid in the washing tank froze in the cold, so I do not advise anyone to contact these guys.

Admittedly, I bought into the reviews on Yandex. In fact: delayed booking, with interrogation and incomprehensible manipulations. There is no way to choose exactly the car you want. Lottery.
The car was in terrible condition, clean, but it felt like it fell apart on the move. Something was rumbling in the suspension, without liquid in the washer tank, the seats looked like an elephant was sitting on them, they were sagged.
The service leaves much to be desired, unnecessary antics, a lot of unnecessary information and water.
In general, it is no better than the rest in the city, everyone is equally poorly customer-oriented.
