This year in Abkhazia everything has gone up in price, well, that's understandable, on average it's not bad to have lunch with a bottle of local beer and a glass of wine for two goes from 900 rubles to 1200, and it's not only in this dining room, we ate everywhere in old Gagra and every time the bill came out exactly like this! It is very expensive and the portions are small. Before that, they came and always took awesome cheesecakes there, unfortunately the cheesecakes failed this time, small, a little cottage cheese, the rest of the dough and expensive. You can walk further down the street , there is "Food with you " , maybe the prices are the same , but the portion is huge and tastier.

I ordered mashed potatoes for the children for lunch. I asked in advance if it was fresh.
The children, after trying it, refused to eat it, because it was sour. I tried it, it was really rotten. How to feed children like this???
I told the staff about it.
They started yelling.
Especially the cook, who was probably heard on the street. The dish was never changed.
I asked for a book of reviews, and they started yelling even more.

Prices + are the same everywhere. And for a set lunch: (soup-170, second-170, compote-50) you pay 390 rubles, delicious food. The chefs are trying, they cook everything fresh, and if suddenly someone came across something, then the person was just tired and did not keep up, because there is a huge flow of people. The food is prepared for everyone, someone likes it very salty, someone is not salty at all, it is impossible to please everyone, it needs to be understood

We were at this cafe on July 16. The horror is that the cutlery is dirty, the staff, the cashier is rude. There were a family of 5 people, the child wanted a burger, the cashier at first rudely refused to allow him to choose, as a result... The child started eating, I smelled it. The cutlet was ruined. We approached the staff, they told us that it was okay, the burger was fresh. No apologies in return. He says he shouldn't have taken it. There are no refrigerators, in this heat, pastries and salads can survive for a maximum of an hour. Soups are about nothing at all, empty and not tasty. The children did not eat. Although they had dinner in other canteens... In general, we won't set foot there anymore and we'll warn our friends to avoid it.

2 years ago I was in a Delicious place in Pitsunda and this is heaven and earth compared to Gagra.
The food is not tasty, I took an omelet with vegetables, there were onions from vegetables, not even fried in huge chunks and the peel of tomatoes.
A huge number of flies is a nightmare! They don't just fly, they climb into plates! At least they hung sticky tapes on the ceiling!
