The design is beautiful. The pizza is not bad. We replaced the coffee at the expense of the establishment, which was spilled through our fault. We're done with the pros.
There are 2 menus for the whole hall. Moreover, they look as if they have been used for 10 years, if not more, although the place has only recently opened.
Most of the menu items are simply not prepared, which is not warned in advance. You need to order everything from the menu to understand what can be cooked today and what can't.
The choice of drinks is poor, although not all of them are available.
The quality of individual dishes leaves much to be desired, the prices do not correspond to the word at all.
Solyanka: ham scraps were thrown into the soup, which look like leftovers from last year's preparations. It's too sour.
Borscht: it doesn't even smell like meat, it's bland.
Bread is not served with the soup, they do not warn you that you need to order separately (although it is not a fact that they have bread in general)
The staff is untrained, does not know the positions of the menu, I ran to clarify every question.

Today we ran into a very unpleasant detail: according to the sign, the cafe is open from 8 to 22. However, the establishment did not open at 8 or 9. At 10:30, we found out that, it turns out, the cafe is open from 10, and the kitchen from 11. The hostess of the establishment was called. According to her, they made the wrong sign with the wrong time. But they hung her up anyway, because "otherwise they wouldn't let her work on holidays." The whole dialogue was in the format "We will change the sign. Someday." To the question "Why didn't they put up an announcement clarifying the work schedule", we were answered: "I think we will hang it soon." Curiously, after a couple of hours, the schedule on the sign looked different: from 10 to 23 (anyway, it contradicts the information on the maps). They did not dare to try the kitchen at such a level of organization of banal moments.

We came to see Grodno and while we were walking along Sovetskaya Street, we decided to go to this institution. At first it was like everywhere else, the waitress met and offered a table. We made an order, and 15 minutes after that, the waitress says that there are no draniki. I re-ordered it for pasta. They said that the cooking time is 20 minutes. We, as time-limited tourists, were a little upset, as we had already waited for time to find out that there was no dish.We ordered French fries, and after a while the waitress came back with the news that the ketchup was over and they could change to something else. As a result, our order was delivered to us an HOUR later. The pasta was brought absolutely mediocre, and comparing with other establishments, the price for it is clearly overpriced. 24p for a plate of pasta and a chopped sausage, which were clearly not worth it for an hour.
The moral:if you are a tourist who wants to have time to see beautiful places, then do not waste your time at this cafe. Wait too long, and the dishes will not impress you much.

We walked around Grodno, decided to stop by for a snack. Spoiler alert: Unfortunate. We ordered: borscht (which is without meat), dumplings (with some cheese and tomato paste), pancakes (frozen, fried in not the best oil, with sausages that are not sausages, but chicken intended for shawarma). Also, water without gas and cappuccino were ordered from the drinks. The water was from the tap, it smelled terrible, it also cost 2.5 rubles, it was brought in a glass. The coffee is, appropriately, burnt.
We were not provided with a receipt, to the question:"Will you give us a check?", the waitress made round eyes and replied that she would give it. Spoiler: she only gave us a receipt for payment from the terminal.
In general, we do not recommend it

We ordered a business lunch. The staff service is very average, there is no pepper shaker or toothpicks on the table, only napkins. When you enter the restaurant, none of the staff greets you and you will not call the waiter.
We waited for the order for half an hour, taking into account the empty hall. And the friends who were with us waited for their order for an hour.
As for the food, borscht is from the cheapest dining room (liquid and without meat) and dry chop. The pepper in the salad is old and it feels very good, and to be honest, but the whole salad already looked like yesterday's when served.
The interior is mixed and does not match. The front door is constantly open, because of this, a draft is constantly blowing through the thresholds. The music is like in a club...
it definitely wouldn't have come a second time.

I've never had worse service. We took the menu ourselves, the table was wiped only after the second request, there are no drinks, but even the water with lemon that we ordered did not bring. To say that soups are terrible is to say nothing. The composition and how their bread is "cut" can be seen in the photo. They just tore it up with their hands)) the appliances didn't even try to rub.Draniki are tolerable
If it were possible to put 0, then it would be 0. The waitress does not navigate the menu, she always goes somewhere to clarify, the prices on the menu are also wrong. The mood is ruined

Everything was very tasty. The place matches the name! The staff is very polite.
Waiting time: no more than 10-15 minutes, regardless of the order.

It's a terrible place. Where is the owner of the establishment looking!? The waiters cheat with the bill, referring to the wrong menu. They say the menu has old prices! They punch a larger amount on the receipt! We ordered coffee and waited for more than 20 minutes. I advise you to avoid this place!
