Terrible quality of service and complete inability to communicate with customers.
I will describe the situation briefly. On 03/06/2025, for the first time, I ordered 2 pieces of cake from this institution through the Yandex.Food app. Due to their fault (they did not change the absence of one of the cakes in the delivery menu), the order was placed incorrectly for only 1 piece of cake and, accordingly, the delivery amount increased from 0 rubles to 18 rubles. Omitting the details of the proceedings with Yandex Delivery for not being able to change or cancel an order through the app, I was given the opportunity to "chat" with a representative of this institution (a girl) through the courier. During the conversation, I became convinced that the girl was absolutely not interested even in trying to solve the situation, but she was in a hurry to "get rid" of the upset customer. Dear management, if your employees are unable to resolve unpleasant situations due to lack of experience and professionalism, they should not communicate with clients, but rather redirect the situation to their management in order to avoid conflict. As a service manager, I would also like to advise you to conduct a training course for your institution's employees on Customer Service. Your brisk representative, after inappropriate communication, answered the question "What is your name?" She said, "I already told you," and hung up. And only thanks to the courier, who informed me at the time of delivery that her name was Ekaterina. Dear management, I think many customers will share my opinion that the taste of your confectionery's desserts does not matter if its representatives allow themselves to communicate disrespectfully with customers. With such a mediocre attitude towards customers, you will lose them!!!

One of the few coffee shops where the flat is very tasty! It's cozy, atmospheric, and most importantly, the music plays in the background and does not "scream" like in many coffee shops. I definitely recommend you to visit, and if you are a connoisseur of balance.

Cocktail - 8 rubles * 350g.disgusting - just sweet milk, almost not whipped. The cakes are sickly sweet, I didn't even want to finish them. The only advantage is the location, because there is no cafe of this format nearby. In short, to the fact that it is very expensive, it was added that it is not tasty.
