We contacted the guys to produce the kitchen at the end of December. By the middle of March, they already had an installed kitchen. The issue of designing and manufacturing the kitchen passed extremely quickly (knowing how often manufacturers delay this issue and drag it out to the last). The installation took place very carefully, as if the master was assembling it for himself. At all stages, additional issues were resolved very quickly, both through calls and through instant messengers (which was very convenient). The ratio of price, quality and timing is perfect. I recommend it to everyone

I will not contact this company anymore!
We ordered furniture for the entire apartment here (two bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, bedroom, dressing room). I should immediately note that the quality of the furniture is good, but I would not say that it is excellent. There are a lot of "buts"…
For example, we applied to the Vhata on 07/12/2023 (the date of conclusion of the contract). Initially, Olga, a specialist, served us (about 2 meetings). The work went quickly with her. She quickly got her bearings on our design project, advised us to make adjustments and explained why it was worth doing exactly that. But then, instead of her, Wet Vladimir, who is the director of the company, began to accompany us. The difference between them was enormous.
For a long time we waited for the walls to be made (painted) in our new building and we will take the exact dimensions. Around the end of January, the walls were ready and the dimensions were removed. Now they had everything they needed on hand to start manufacturing. We waited a long time for the furniture to be put into production. It was launched around March 23. Appropriate edits were made (regular!), although it seemed like everything should have been done with Olga. We waited. It was made around the 20th of April.
When the furniture was accepted and we had complaints, for example, about the depth of the shelves, everything was brushed aside by the fact that we ourselves approved this depth, despite the fact that we gave them a design project to build on (it had other sizes). This is really our mistake. It was necessary to approve the project of the Vkhatu company more carefully.
Now about the most painful thing. in the last days of April, all the necessary assembly parts were brought to our facility and the following phrase was heard from the installers: "we will cope in 5-7 days." A couple of days later, I arrive at the apartment and see the following picture: the work is not progressing. All that was done was to assemble one small shelf. Of course, we call Vladimir, to which he replies that the work in the apartment is boiling, but we see that nothing is boiling. We agreed on a daily report with photos. To get right to the point, the furniture was assembled for us for 1 month!! With the promise to collect in 1 week!
One of the details (the countertop for the bathroom) was not made at all! They forgot about it, as well as about our ottoman in the hallway. They promised to make the countertop by June 6 (I am glad that they fulfilled this deadline), despite the fact that the assembly was completed on May 28.
There was a similar song with the ottoman, which was made for a very long time and the deadlines shifted.
Bedside tables were made separately. Vladimir personally arrived at the facility for measurement on June 18 and notified us that the products would be put into production in 1-2 days. When I started asking about approximate production dates, the phrase sounded: "we only give exact dates, not approximate ones." The result: then they promised to produce it before July 1, when it was not clear when they were put into production. In fact, they were made and brought to the apartment on July 10, without even calling first. We found out an hour before their arrival.
Another problem was with the rack, which needed to be trimmed in height. On June 18, the same Vladimir told us that they would pick us up in 1-2 days (they are waiting for a car from Moscow), and as a result, our foreman himself took the rack to their production on June 25.
All this and much more led us to unpleasant problems, such as postponing arrival at the apartment (which is still half the trouble), postponing ceiling installation and changing a specialist (because in the first case he went on vacation and we changed the company), installing a bed (again, postponements and inconveniences to the company) and other smaller ones moments.
But thanks at least for the fact that the issue was resolved by partially lowering the price.
1 star "Vhatu" only for the quality of furniture, but the quality of service is at a very low level.
Although there are questions about the quality. The table leg turned out to be too flimsy and I had to change the screws to longer ones on my own.
Having experience with other companies, Vhatu has shown itself in a negative way.
Carefully choose a specialist and a company. Do not make our mistakes and save not only your time, but also the nerves that you will spend on "exact production and installation dates"

I didn't understand what it was at all.
After watching enough videos on Instagram advertising this company, I invited a measurer to measure the future kitchen.
On the specified date, designer Kirill arrived at the address, measured everything and invited him to the office to build a 3d model of the kitchen and disappeared!
Two weeks later, he said that he was ill and invited me back to the office, on the specified day he said that he was ill again and his colleague would be able to receive me, I arrived at the office talked for 2 hours with his colleague, left questions on 2 A4 sheets, and no one bothered to contact me anymore!))
