Polite staff, human attitude to customers. There are enough chairs in the waiting room. There are clean restrooms. The opportunity to fill out a questionnaire on the spot, take photos and insurance. The delivery of ready-made documents across the Republic of Belarus has been organized. In general, everything is fine.(Of course, except for the queues to register at the visa application center)
