From personal experience.
I urgently needed a visa to the Czech Republic. I found this agency on the Internet, called, and agreed on everything with them. They promised to make a tour visa on time and without problems.
As soon as I paid for their services (it is unclear why), the attitude immediately changed. My calls about the status of the visa were answered every other time, they did not give any information, they did not help at all. I constantly checked the status of my visa myself.
And when it was written on the embassy's website that it was possible to take my passport, although I could no longer meet the deadlines, I went, and there was a REFUSAL!
The reason was that information about the purpose of the trip was not reliably provided. And this is for the purpose of TOURISM! Although I submitted all the documents, I answered all the questions clearly on the call from the embassy!
In general, the result is that the company absolutely did not want to help in any way after that and pay compensation for their "services". And the head just smiled at my claims.
Those who do not want to risk money and reputation in a foreign passport, definitely do not use their services in any case. From my bitter experience.
P.S. When submitting documents to the embassy, I submitted them together with a woman who also paid for their services. So it turns out she didn'T HAVE any ticket RESERVATIONS or a hotel at all. Apparently they forgot to report ...)
