I applied to this company to prepare all the documents for applying for a visa to the Philippines. I answered all the questions asked during the discussion, and all the required documents were provided by me. However, due to the oversight and inattention of the staff on the spot at the consulate, it turned out that the documents were submitted incorrectly. They just weren't checked by dates. I had to blush and throw up my hands. I am not from Minsk, and the way to the consulate was far from close, which was expensive both financially and emotionally.
After sending a message to an employee of the company on Telegram, I found out that checking the documents that I provided them was not their area of responsibility, and they did not consider themselves guilty. Instead of apologies and attempts to help, they tried to make me extreme by issuing another invoice for the reissue of all documents.
I work a lot, and it's a big problem for me to deal with filing and collecting documents on my own, so I decided to contact VisaVisa. Communication was pleasant at the beginning, and everything was fine with me. However, in a controversial situation where they turned out to be guilty, I was faced with rudeness and an attempt to extort even more money.
Very sorry. If you are planning to apply for a visa and want to have all the paperwork checked, I strongly advise you to avoid this company, as your problems may not be in their "area of responsibility."

I applied for a Greek visa. We processed the documents quickly, made an order for a hotel and tickets. But the request for a copy of the booking data was ignored. They did not warn in any way that a Greek visa is issued only for visiting Greece and you need to provide proof of this. I was refused because of the crooked paperwork. Almost 1 thousand rubles and several days of time were spent on everything. It is better to apply for a visa yourself than to give half the amount to such companies.
