We applied for a visa to Switzerland with all the guarantees and invitations from the Swiss. I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, my husband is from the Republic of Belarus, which I notified the agency about at the first request. Upon receiving the questionnaire and tickets, I noticed that Poland was indicated as the first country of entry (by bus from Minsk), but entry to Poland from Russia, Belarus or other non-Schengen countries is prohibited for Russian citizens. No one answered multiple calls about this problem, and after a while a response came to Viber in the spirit of "go as you want, and we've done what we've done." After much persuasion, the employee sent corrected questionnaires and tickets. but!!!! As it turned out, on the day of submitting the documents, the first incorrectly filled out application form was sent to the visa application center, indicating Poland, which caused a lot of questions from the staff, who themselves deleted it from the system. In general, the route was drawn up in the most illogical way (Moscow, Istanbul, Zurich Kloten, Zurich Main Station, Basel and also back). My comments that the route is too complicated, but you just need Moscow-Istanbul-Zurich were ignored and answered.
Is it really that difficult to redo the application form and book tickets for 350 rubles per person as requested by the client who paid for this service???
THE RESULT: a single-entry visa for travel dates with a full package of documents, financial guarantees, with an invitation from the Swiss, previous long-term multi-Schengen visas, several trips to Switzerland. I am sure that this is also the "merit" of the agency, given the considerable cost of their services.
03/22/25: thank you to the agency for the standard unsubscription. You wouldn't expect anything else with such an attitude to work.

I applied for a visa a year ago. Everything went great. It's just hell this time. They did not answer calls and messages during the appointment at the embassy. After some time, the manager I contacted after my persistent messages (Alexandra) informed me that she was not my manager. I promised that they would contact me, but they didn't. I tried to call the manager's number that they gave me (manager Daria), but no one picked it up or called me back. After calling all the numbers on the website (which were also not answered), I left a request on the website for a callback. Only then did they call me back. But I just wanted to return the prepayment! However, it was returned quickly.
Neither I nor my friends will contact this agency anymore!!
