Last year, we tried to get a visa to Greece through them. At the office, we found out that the reservations for the plane and the hotel were fictitious, because we ourselves noticed that the dates did not match and the PDF file was redone in real time :). When asked if this is fiction, we were told "don't worry." After receiving the money, no one called and asked if we had received a visa or not, so only they know how they keep statistics on refusals. We were not given a visa :( . The company's comment "we recently opened, you may have dealt with another company" is a bit untenable, because the legal name: Universe-Travel LLC has remained the same.

The visa processing process turned out to be quite fast. The managers were in touch throughout the entire submission and receipt process. All questions were quickly and clearly explained.
