Incompetent employees are engaged in fraud, sell fake invitations and try to prove to you that they are not guilty, these consulates refuse even relatives. In fact, these invitations are drawn for non-existent people and therefore wait for a refusal, after which you will not be given a visa at all. Since we communicated with the consul personally and found out the reason for the refusal, we asked the staff for a number to contact this person. Instead of the data, they were fed breakfast until the deadline for filing an appeal came out. Vladislav is the main fraudster, the others cover for him without hesitation. I urge all those affected by them to gather for a collective complaint to the court under the article fraud
The staff offers visas, the terms of which they themselves do not know, as a result of which they received a cancellation of the Bulgarian visa by mail right before the trip. When trying to contact them on the day of cancellation, they were ignored, and in principle, immediately after the entire amount for their "consultation" was transferred, not a single message was answered. They also do not know the conditions for filling out the questionnaire, the error is in the second line, and there is a surcharge from your pocket for refilling. The question is, what is your job then, if absolutely everything is done on your own, and you mislead people by consulting? Carefully read all the visa conditions, even if the staff of this center tells you the opposite information! In an attempt to contact them again after a while and providing screenshots of messages where it is obvious that the employee misinformed me, I did not even hear an apology, only shifting responsibility from one person to another. The wasted money for the visa and all the bookings for the failed trip that can't even be refunded, well, even though I hadn't managed to get on the bus at that moment, it would be a lot of fun to be at the border with a cancelled visa in the middle of the night!
