Very clean and comfortable hotel

An average hotel, an acceptable location for those who plan to go to the expo in Bakshasaray. The noise from karaoke and so on, as other commentators wrote, was not heard, everything is fine. The breakfast food is so-so, not satisfying. The reason for the low rating is the staff, when leaving the room in the morning, they specially left the "request to remove the room" table, by the time they arrived, the table was removed and put inside the room, but the room itself was not cleaned! When contacting the administration at the reception, they said that we had put up a "do not disturb" sign. But then the question is why did the cleaner then take the sign and go into the room, even if it were so, you could see that there was no one in the room and you could clean up at least to do the initial cleaning! Because of this, my partner and I had an internal conflict with each other, which left a negative relationship during the entire expo (4 days) because the administration exposed us as liars, and in my opinion it was based on national hatred. I give 2 points, one point only because of the location. p.s. We are from friendly Uzbekistan, we are adequate, decent and civilized people ourselves, we talked to everyone respectfully and respectfully. If this is the attitude towards all the neighbors, then it's just outrageous!!!

I stayed for 1 day, I liked the hotel, I had a room without a window at a reasonable price. But in general, by the usual standards: a large bed, good linen, shampoo / shower gel in the bathroom, hairdryer. Breakfast was not included and there was no place to eat it, only to order it in the room.
I liked the hotel, I'll come back.

There is no hot water, barely warm after a 20-minute descent. There is no elevator, I had to drag my luggage suitcase up the stairs to the 4th floor, it was a mess. No breakfast is included, in short it's terrible! 2 stars only for timely cleaning

We are guests and the Vivaldi Hotel is really hospitable. We ordered 3 rooms for our delegation, 2 single rooms and one room for two (twin). Everything is just great. We will often come to the city of Almaty and definitely this hotel will be the choice for accommodation. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for such a warm welcome and support. Everything is at a high level!

An excellent hotel! The rooms are not cleaned, everything is clean, it smells nice, there is a hall on the second floor for smoking. 21,000 tenge per day and 10,000 deposit, it includes what is in the room in the refrigerator, beer, juices, chips, etc., if not used, they will be returned. The staff is polite and well-mannered. In general, a good hotel! You won't regret it. There is a barbecue next to the rooms, to eat, to drink, a nice and clean place. The topic in one word.

The price/quality is probably the best in the city. The rooms are a little tired, the service is unobtrusive, but other options are unreasonably more expensive with the same disadvantages.
Good mattresses, it will be quite possible to relax if the trip is business.

I fell for the rating. Terrible hotel. The numbers are dead. You can see it in the photo. The shower is leaking, the sewer is not working properly. There is no hood at all. The tables are old and scratched. There are no bathrobes. Breakfast is only in the room and does not taste very good, the price is 2000 tenge. By the way, there is no elevator.

I liked everything, if not counting the fact that when we moved in, we did not manage to move into one of the two reserved rooms at once. One room was not ready due to the fact that the door did not open. The next day, everything was allowed and settled in nice rooms with windows. Yes, of course economy is not very windowless. I liked the fact that next to the exhibition complex, walking is wonderful. I liked the kebab shop nearby. It's all good. Everything and consumables give a toothbrush and others. There are two double beds. Great.

Terrible numbers. The dampness stinks. It's cold, even if they give you something there for heating. You cannot turn on the air conditioner for heating. The showers are shaky, the whole room is then in the water and the toilet, the shower rod is cracked (all this can be fixed in 20 minutes), but the damage was refused. Next, room cleaning is a failure. The hair on the floor stretches for km, they change the bed yes, but it's in black Hair (I'm blonde). When highlighting individual problems.... I DO NOT ADVISE!!!

Terrible hotel. At first, they did not find the reservation, then the shower broke down, they did not fix it, they only said they would do it. When booking, they asked if it was possible to make documents for a Russian legal entity, they said that it was possible. As a result, it turned out that documents are not made at all for foreign persons. At the time of eviction, they wanted to give checks only for half of the stay, they were looking for a check for a very long time. At the reception, one of the two girls is very incompetent.
