Viva salon in mega Almaty. I came for the first time. A year and a half ago, I got my hair cut constantly at their salon in Astana and, for old times' sake, I trusted them here. The "master," I don't remember his name, but he's shorter than average, pot-bellied, over 40, and probably cuts his hair on the chair farthest to the right of the entrance. He ruined my beard, which I had been growing for three months and only needed to trim. He shortened it by 1.5 centimeters, maybe more. And mostly on the one hand. On the other, he left a drooping tuft. I was without glasses and I saw what he had done only at home. I visited him on Saturday, 03/15/25, after 18.00, I can't tell you the exact time. I thought I'd give up on everything, but when I look in the mirror, my heart aches. After all, after the "work" of this miracle master, it will take another 2 months to grow a beard and change its shape. I will never come to this salon again and I will dissuade everyone and everywhere. As a result, I paid 12 (TWELVE) thousand tenge for being disfigured and spoiling my mood for a long time.

I have been using Viva's services for several years. The master quit, asked for a normal master. They gave Mekhmet, who fooled me in 13 minutes with shampooing. I am surprised by the position of the administration, which does not care whether the client comes again or not.

It was necessary to dye weak hair without lightening. A color that would not require lightening was agreed upon with the master in advance. Nevertheless, the master lightened his hair for some reason, thereby killing them completely. During further staining, the feathers were torn out, which they tried to fix back. They took 40,000 tenge for all this pleasure. The best master here is from Turkey, communication in Russian or Kazakh is difficult, only through the manager of the institution.
