In early December 2024, I sent a welding machine for diagnostics - the cable sparked. Still no word, no sign - a month has passed. I don't recommend it at all. I haven't picked up my phone yet, I hope we haven't lost it. Otherwise, I will write a statement to the police about the theft.

The only company that took money for diagnostics, saying, "well, I wasted my time," as a result, condemning the tool that it makes no sense to repair it, and sending me to buy a new one. Elsewhere, diagnostics were free, and the repair price, along with spare parts, cost 65 rubles.

The repair has not yet taken place (the cause of the problem is not entirely clear, and a spare part has not been purchased), but master Gennady explained everything so competently and intelligibly over the phone that there were very pleasant impressions of communication. I recommend it!)
