A cozy guest house, perfect cleanliness, beautiful paintings throughout the house. The room has its own private bathroom with a water heater, hairdryer, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, small separate refrigerator, clothes dryer. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. An ironing board and an iron for common use.
The territory is large, clean, well maintained. There is a barbecue. In the shared kitchen, there are separate dishes for each room, a washing machine, and many cooking rings. The kitchen is large, there is enough space for everyone. There are parking spaces. Three cool dogs, calm, friendly.
The owners and managers are very good sincere people. We arrived as savages, without reservations. We were looking for one guest house, and eventually found another. Many thanks to the owners and managers who settled us after a long journey 🫶
The beach is a couple of minutes away by car.
The sea in this place is clean.
The guest house is located in a peaceful and quiet place. We had a great mental rest!

We chose the Vittorio guest house using the poke method, we had never been to Abkhazia before, I will not repeat other reviews, the hosts are super, the hotel is to the maximum, recommended primarily for families and anyone who is tired of the city bustle, useful advice, do not bother with local SIM cards, Wi-Fi in Abkhazia is good, there is many merchants, be sure to download the A-taxi application, an analogue of our Yandex, cheap and angry,the price is already in the application, who is on their car, buy local insurance, local traffic cops check first, thank you again for the good reception

We had a family vacation in August. A very nice mini-hotel with cozy rooms, which have everything you need at reasonable prices. There is a large well-kept area around the hotel with green grass and trees where children can frolic. There is also parking. I liked the kind and helpful hosts.
I recommend the VITTORIO mini-hotel to everyone!!!
