For two years, I've been looking for a panel, where the regulators are, on the Hephaestus oven. It crashed during transportation. No one wanted to take my order. Doors, glass inside and outside are everywhere, but this thing is nowhere to be found. I have a flight and it's dangerous. And the cabinet is fully functional. It's a shame to buy a new cabinet because of this panel. Only here they agreed to help and consulted immediately. They promised to send it in two months, but the issue was resolved in two weeks.It made me very happy. Everything felt like home. Many thanks from the mother of six children for saving money.

This is the best store in my life. I have never seen such responsive people. I was looking for a part for the stove, I traveled all over Belarus, it's good that the work allows. It seems that I will find the Hephaestus stove, but both in Vitebsk and Gomel and in Minsk and everywhere they said that there was none. I left a request in the online store here for pre-order and on the Hephaestus website (they wrote there that there is in stock). As a result, no one contacted Hephaestus about my purchase, but then they wrote that there were no such in stock and it was unlikely to be, I consulted with the local experts, they said that there were no analogues. I was already upset that I had to buy a new stove because of one comfort, and this is a stove for my mother, and this is sacred. We were already ready to buy a new stove, but then out of the blue...
