I was really annoyed by the desk, and after looking at the number of similar reviews, I realized that it wasn't just me... although there is a "paradise" carrier on the website) I hasten to disappoint— NO! I don't want to be rude and call it a "dumpster", so there will be a farce!

I didn't go with them to St. Petersburg, and so in
order. Everything was nice when communicating,
no one warned about the transfer to
Mogilev, I had a departure from Bobruisk.
Just before the trip, I received an SMS and they
informed me about the transfer without delay and with
car numbers. I arrived at
the bus station, I'm waiting, the time has come,
there is no minibus and then the car
was changed, get into another one, called
the number and color, saying that the car was on
the right platform, but it wasn't there,
I had to go look for it with a suitcase, but that's
okay, I wasn't far away. Upon boarding
, I asked the driver to put the luggage,
I received a wonderful answer, it's open,
we went with my sister to put it, after long
attempts and another request for help,
the driver got out and opened the second door ,
Hooray for the suitcase. The mood was already
spoiled, but it was the little things like
it turned out that the air conditioner was not working,
the driver casually left - and that it was only 1.5 hours to drive here. We drove for 2 hours like in a bathhouse, all our clothes stuck. They dropped us off in Mogilev, but there was no minibus to St. Petersburg, we had to wait. Soon we waited, the driver got out, started fussing, some issues to solve our own, we waited patiently and then boarding began, I was standing at the front doors with a suitcase, it was falling and I couldn't leave it, and then the last drop of my patience was, I ask the driver to put the suitcase in the luggage compartment, to which I get an answer - who are you anyway, I don't know you and I won't put anything on. I turned around and left, saying that I would not go with such a carrier and was tired of rudeness. I got there by train, fortunately there was a train in an hour and there were places. Avoid this carrier, the cars do not correspond at all to those stated on the website. There is no WiFi at all.

We were traveling from St. Petersburg to Minsk. 5 hours before departure, we received an SMS that we would have a minibus instead of a bus. An ordinary minibus, where there are no designated places, there is no Wi-Fi. So we also find out that we will go through Vitebsk, Orsha and with a transfer to Mogilev. And it's not an option that we get to Minsk at the appointed time.
