We were at breakfast... Well, it's quite empty, the only cookies are cheap chemical ones from packages... The porridge was (not sweet, but I feel good), scrambled eggs, and pancakes were not delicious. The coffee machine is broken... When they came to drink coffee in the afternoon, he still wasn't working... I understood that in general, this restaurant (rather a cafe) can only be served for breakfasts/ dinners organized by the hotel... There was a clear shortage of staff, there were not enough plates, forks, cups, the staff ran as fast as they could, but still did not have time...

The restaurant offers modern cuisine, affordable prices, courteous staff, delicious food for every taste. Great view of the Dvina river and the city. I recommend you to visit.

Disgusting food, that's the only way to call it, if the chef was even a little bit interested in his business, and tried what his chefs cook, I think there would be a result..Ocean salad!!Anyone who has tried it will understand-it's onions with sour cream!! Fish in batter, where they didn't see the fish-it's a shame for your institution, they lost time, money, and most importantly, impressions, and the indifference of the waiters put an end to this, I'm not afraid of this word-catering establishment..It's just a shame for Vitebsk, and not for the first time…
