The apartment does not match the description. Except for the location. Saving on everything absolutely. It's very dirty and squalid. There are no basic necessary items. The shower is broken, washing is a problem. And the shower stall itself is like a dumpster. There is no closet where you can hang things, respectively, hangers too. There is a gas stove in the kitchen, but no matches. And if you want to cook something, you just can't turn the gas key.

The expectation and reality absolutely do not correspond. It's very dirty, just disgusting. It's good that we were in the car and had dishes and bed linen with us. Wi-Fi is declared, as a result there is no Wi-Fi, the TV is only 1 channel. Tap water drop by drop. The refrigerator is buzzing like a steam locomotive throughout the apartment. We had to stop because it was late enough and we didn't have the time and energy to look for something decent. Definitely, we will never contact this agency again. The apartment provided me with the most comfortable space, where every room is thought out to the smallest detail.
I especially liked the atmosphere and the style of the decor. Upholstered furniture, high-quality lighting, and a well-equipped kitchen create an atmosphere in which it is pleasant to spend time. All the household amenities were at hand, and I felt at home.

Good evening! I want to share my pleasant impressions of the apartment I rented for a day. When I looked at the photos of the apartment and the detailed description on the website, I really liked this option, although even then I did not expect that everything would actually turn out to be even better than in the photos.
I needed a studio apartment in order to spend the night here, as there were no tickets for the evening train. In principle, I was ready for this, so I provided in advance the opportunity to stay for a day in a rented apartment.
Well, what can I tell you about this wonderful apartment? :) It is unlikely that anyone will be surprised by the presence of a wide double bed, a TV and kitchen appliances. But here, all these appliances and pieces of furniture were just in perfect condition, as if they were brand new. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were an additional reason for my joy.
I would like to express special gratitude to the owners of the apartment for their impeccable cleanliness.
I was completely satisfied with the service, if necessary, I will use the daily rent again.

For the first time in my life I had to rent an apartment, as it turns out that hotels in Petropavlovsk are rare, I called everything-everywhere is occupied. And there are few of them. I went to Booking.com I saw an ad with a beautiful Loft-style apartment, it suited us quite well. We booked, indicated the time at 16.00, and received confirmation of the reservation. After a while, a message arrives that the apartment is occupied and they can offer another one. How is this even possible? Or is it such a lure? Well, we agreed to another apartment, there's nowhere to go. And it turned out that these are apartments from this agency. As a result, on Booking.com this organization indicated that it was not they who refused us accommodation in the apartment we had booked, but we did not stop by. What was it for? Why all of a sudden? Why do I need such a reputation for booking if they are blatantly lying, putting up apartments that they are not going to rent? And then they make customers unscrupulous tenants.
As for the apartment, which was then offered to us: I think the price is too high. Yes, the apartment is clean, but the bed, towels are pretty old, the dishes are about nothing. There was only one set of bedding, although we indicated at the time of booking that we needed 2 beds. Price 20900 - studio apartment. We rented a much better hotel with breakfast in Nur Sultan for such a price. And in Almaty too.
I wouldn't have written a negative review if I hadn't seen such brazen behavior on Booking.com .
