We are in Nha Trang for the 3rd time. And for the first time we decided to book a 5-star hotel. Before that, there were 4. Virgo only outwardly pulls in 5 stars. For those who know what a good hotel is, no matter how many stars he wrote himself, Virgo will not like it right away. Let's take it in order. The devil, as usual, is in the details. Virgo is on the 3rd or even on the 4th line from the sea. But its height is captivating. 40 floors. It seems that from a height there will be the most excellent views. So the hotel is here only up to the 27th floor, and then the apartments. We asked to be accommodated higher up. They smilingly put us on the 19th floor. And others on the 23rd, 25th and even 27th. And that's after us. That is, there were numbers. To hell with this floor. 19 is also not bad, but the first impression of the staff is angry people, doing out of spite, not fulfilling requests, and I chose their hotel, overpaid for a star, their bosses earned on me, and I got such an attitude. I paid for 2 rooms, as the family is 4 people, and the tour operator had no options for such a family. just for two. I asked the staff to change 2 rooms to one. They have them. For parents and two children. They told me to resolve the issue with the tour operator, but he did not buy such rooms. That is, all requests are ignored. Am I some kind of stink? Second: cleanliness. She's not here. nowhere at all. We changed the first room for a reason ...... fungus in the bathroom, and on the sink, not even in the shower. and the smoky smell of the room. In the second room there is a yellow sink. The robes are stained. The belts on both robes are "framed". I can't find the right word, I had to come up with one. in short, the threads stick out. It's creepy. I won't touch them. The sofa in the room is stained. All fabrics are worn. Even in the lobby. And all the shiny interior details don't shine. They're covered in prints and streaks. Great hotel. We rested for 2 weeks, cleaning every day, and hygiene supplies were also supplemented daily: toothpaste, toothbrush, comb. Daily change of linen and towels. There were a lot of unusual things to eat, but there were always dishes that were familiar to us. There was always a variety of fruits every day. We were just having breakfast. The staff speaks a little English. But, for my level, it was enough. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I really liked the hotel, and the location and the indoor pool, from where you can admire the view for hours, which opens from a height. If I go to Vietnam again, I will definitely stay there.

The rooms are generally nice and pleasant) On the 28th floor there is a nice swimming pool with views of the beautiful city and the sea🏙️ The location is in the center, everything is very close and accessible, 5 minutes to the sea. Beach towels are provided at the reception.

Before departure, I was thinking between Virgo and Regalia Gold hotels. I chose virgo based on reviews, but when I arrived and saw it live, judging by the exterior facade of the Regalia gold hotel, of course, it's cooler. And the pool at regalia gold on the top floor is 40, and virgo has 28 (this is minus virgo) the cleanliness of the room is 4* (the walls were dirty) bed linen is 4* (clean, white but does not pull 5*) breakfast is 5* a large selection, delicious, the restaurant is clean. Virgo 5* employees are always smiling, problems were solved quickly. The windows faced the road, lived on the 16th floor, the noise of the road is heard strongly, and the construction of new hotels is also heard from 5 am. We had a rest in September 2023.

There is a kettle, tea bags, coffee 3 in 1, 2 small bottles of water. There is a paid bar of cola and beer in the refrigerator. Safe deposit.
The partition between the room and the bathroom was not made of glass, which is a plus. There are many rooms with glass. There is a small balcony.
The Windows faced the other hotel, in the butt, air conditioners could be heard, but the horns of transport were inaudible (in the pool on 28th floor, it was heard very strongly) so they slept with the window ajar without air conditioning.
on the 2nd floor there is a large area with sofas, which is rare in Nha Trang hotels.
on the 3rd and 4th floors there are restaurants for breakfast, the food is delicious, there is meat, fruit, coffee, soup, eggs, omelette, etc. There are high chairs for children!
On the 28th floor there is a gym, a bar and a swimming pool. Towels are provided. In the pool, the water is ICE in the morning, by the evening it warms up to the temperature of a mountain river.
They say they are making a sauna with a small heated pool, we will wait ...
In the bar area you can sit with drinks bought only at the bar.
There is free access to the 40th floor, which offers a great view of the city, you can see the Lotus. From there we watched the fireworks for the Chinese New Year.

Beach towels are provided on the ground floor.
The beach is 400m away, 5 min walk.
