The staff here is very cool. This is the biggest plus of the institution. The guys are great. The interior is nice. The wine list is on the level. The only negative is that karaoke is not professional. While you're typing the song with the remote control, you'll pause.

The food is delicious. The Internet does not work well in karaoke, it freezes, which is very bad. The service is weak, and the waiter "needs to clarify" whether it is possible to warm up the meat. And everything is quite leisurely.
At 01:00 exactly, a girl came in and started showing the time on her phone, which I don't think is very polite. You can just tactfully say at 00:30 that we will close in half an hour, it would be more pleasant.
It's stuffy, to open the window, you need to wait for the person with the handle from the window…
The smoking room is adequate, not too smoky. The toilet is normal.

The kitchen is so-so, I didn't like it, it wasn't delicious, they brought it almost cold (or it was so poorly heated🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️). The karaoke system is not working properly, or rather it refused to work at all. The staff is polite. The interior is also for the amateur.
