The territory of the VIP Chain complex is more than 500 meters deep from the road along the sea and up to 400 meters wide. Rooms with kitchens (with dishes and appliances) in multi-storey buildings (3-5 floors) with pools for guests, 1-2-storey villas with 2-3 bedrooms with small pools are offered for accommodation. Internet is available for an additional fee. There is a restaurant (for 3 points in terms of price / quality ratio), at the exit from the complex on the left there is a Thai restaurant with excellent cuisine and low prices). Large swimming pool for common use. SPA: expensive and mediocre. It is green, well-groomed, tidy and clean. The problem with many rooms and villas is that the air conditioners are noisy. The reason is the installation of internal and external blocks on thin concrete walls without the use of sound insulation and anti-vibration materials. An environmental problem should be noted separately: an incredible amount of garbage in the sea and on the beach (plastic, scraps of fishing gear, etc.). During a month of living on the beach, emissions of some fractions of petroleum products up to 5 cm were recorded. (viscous as tar) and once some kind of brownish tint was nailed, I'm not sure about the degree of harm, maybe of organic origin, maybe chemical (there is a huge industrial zone in the District just the same chemical industry). Vacationers are mostly Scandinavians: Finns and Swedes, there are Russian speakers. It's quiet and peaceful on weekdays. A lot of Thais come for the weekend, but there are plenty of places and you can easily find places for privacy. I can recommend a vacation in this area to unassuming people who are able to "turn off" disgust at the sight of numerous plastic bottles and other junk on the beach. We must pay tribute to the locals - they regularly carry out "sweeps" of their beach areas. But there is only so much garbage and the sea throws out tons of new stuff every day, it's sad...
