A friend's birthday was celebrated, and in addition to our small company, there were 3 big birthdays and as many as 3 weddings in the hall!apparently this was the reason for the very salty carpaccio, the bun forgotten for it, the rubber cutlet in Kiev, but very tasty free! water.the waiters tried very hard and fussed, but, unfortunately, the impression of the food remained so-so.another not logical point:people vacationing at karaoke could go to the restaurant to relax, but people from the restaurant could get to karaoke only for 25 rubles without choosing a song - autumn is strange, the institution is one!
Stars for a rich program:very bright and varied performances, amazing live singing, modern dance tracks!
The interior is very elegant and pleasant.

The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Live music for every taste and entertaining rooms. The prices are reasonable. There is a separate fee for the entertainment program-about 5 rubles. If you are celebrating a celebration, you will be congratulated separately with a musical gift.

We looked in there to sing a song, so to speak, to put the final chord of a wonderful evening. I paid 50 rubles for the performance of 2 songs . And this is on the bar ... Something like that 🤷♀️

The kitchen is generally good, the only thing is that there were carporatives and they brought us a couple of portions of raw chicken meat. The staff is polite and helpful, not annoying. The interior is pleasant. Leisure , I liked the program, there is live performance and music. There is a karaoke room and a dance floor in the restaurant hall.

We decided to celebrate my husband's birthday.Besides the fact that we waited 20 minutes for the waiter just to PLACE an order, but okay, let's be understanding.But when the alcohol bill turned out to be 2 times more than we expected, it was shocking!When making an order, we personally pointed with our finger at the menu in the "Champagne" section with a price of 18p.When a bottle is brought to us, we see white wine.We ask the question that we ordered Champagne, to which a not very clear answer was given that this is exactly WHAT we ordered and this is actually wine.They did not argue, but in vain! The evening is long, 3 bottles of this wine were ordered as a result.And you should have seen our surprise when the bill turned out to be wine worth 37p per bottle instead of 18p. When they began to find out, the waiter shows us a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT page with "Wines" in the menu and indicates the cost of 37 rubles (the names turned out to be the same).result:another wine was slipped into the brazen one, spoiling the mood.It's a shame that you can't prove anything.There is no audio recording of our order.Deception, we will not go any more, we will not advise others.

A nightmare! An inadequate visitor attacked the girl, pulled her hair - none of the staff intervened! The guards are not involved, you see, they have no right to enter the hall. They called the police on their own, the inadequate man was throwing up a couch in a room where guests constantly go. They were in no particular hurry to clean up. After all this "rest", it turned out that the video cameras were not even working in the room! In addition, the dinner was interrupted in the middle, i.e. half of the paid reserved dishes were not served, no one reimbursed the money. Absolutely none of the staff is involved when an emergency happens, as if they never worked here. It's a disgusting place. If you want to see (or maybe participate in) a trash situation where no one can solve the problem, then you are here.

On August 8, I celebrated my birthday at Vintage karaoke.I was amazed by the service from Anastasia's receptionist.Going up to the bar, I decided to order two servings of sambuca and heard the answer that there was no bartender and they could not burn for safety reasons.The receptionist said come back tomorrow...I had to buy it the way it is...A little later, I came up and decided to buy an Americano, but I heard in response, If the machine turns on, it's Monday!!!"Does the institution really need revenue or not?
I had the main one, the main order was made and an additional one.I asked to calculate the orders separately, but again the answer was that this would be reflected in the main order (the administrator said that it was so convenient for them, but my wishes were not taken into account?)You can also make a separate table and put orders there, I said, the administrator made me condescension and agreed.
The kitchen is delicious, I liked the waiter's service.But the administrator is the way to reduce revenue...We were alone at karaoke and your on-board staff had to offer us various drinks and dishes themselves to make a profit!
