She's a Villarona, she's a Frontier Hotel, she's an Armenian school.The four of us had a rest from 08.07.24 to 17.07.24.A very convenient place for a quiet, family vacation.Access to the sea is 2 minutes, everything is on site (several territories, with kitchens, shared toilets and showers, for those with economy rooms).There is a dining room, we rested with two children, 2 and 8 years old, no one was poisoned, we ate everything and praised (prices are a little more expensive than on the street, but nearby and quickly, we also ate everything on the street and everything is fine).The beach is clean, well-groomed, there is a shower and changing cabins, the beach itself is great, it's a good idea who knows who it was.We rented house No. 1 in a pine grove (where school No. 1 is on the map).The house is not bad, the only thing it stands in the sun, the conder worked as a slave on the galleys and then could not cope, the neighbors opposite everything was fine, but their house is in the shade.There is everything in the shared kitchen, in the house there is a kettle,a refrigerator,a conder, a smart TV, a wardrobe, a sofa and a folding armchair.I recommend the place, it's 2 minutes to the sea, we just went to refresh ourselves in the heat and back to the house.There is a small grove just to the right, and there is no need for an umbrella.
PS-it was necessary to leave later, we agreed without any problems.

A great place to relax!The beach is within walking distance-15.20 meters!We lived in houses 10,11-very clean and cozy, there is everything you need-a kettle, towels, shower,toilet,split.. there is a table with chairs on the veranda (you can sit in the evening).There is a wonderful dining room on site, where the food is very tasty.The hosts Andrey and Irina are very sincere and responsive people!Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!We will definitely come next year!!!

A nice living room, with a view and access to the sea, an excellent dining room (they cook delicious and varied), the prices are reasonable. Not a bad
bar, the wine on tap is excellent. The disadvantage is frequent power outages and weak WiFi. There are shops, markets and cafes nearby. I really liked to relax in this place, thanks to Irina the hostess for the sincere attitude to the vacationers and the organization of the staff.

We had a wonderful vacation with the children.We lived in a house (very comfortable with a 5-year-old child) You can sit quietly when the child is walking in the yard. There is a dining room where they cook very tasty. (wonderful chef Sergey) Friendly hostess Irina, friendly staff. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is clean.There are sun beds and umbrellas. With a 5-minute grove where you can hide in the shade. There are shops and a pharmacy on the way to the grove. Pines, palm trees, cacti, mountains, in a word-beauty.We really rested.
There is a transfer, it is very convenient.The price is adequate. Our driver drove very carefully, because the youngest child does not tolerate trips well.
The house was clean, everything was there for a comfortable stay.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time, I think we will definitely come back again.

Great location, right on the beach. Excellent chefs. There is a dining room and a bar! Special thanks to the chefs and bartender Stepan! It is possible to rent sup boards, catamarans, etc. The rooms are clean and cozy. Each room (cottage) has a bathroom with shower, refrigerator and air conditioning! The biggest plus is the location a minute from the sea. The rooms are spacious enough, everything you need is there. We lived in a concrete house, in a wooden one a little differently. The disadvantages are typical for Abkhazia. They don't clean at all. Even if it is the territory of the terrace, which is visible to new guests. Such an anti-advertisement. Electric stoves are very weak, cooking on them is a big problem. The territory is large, but practically not improved in any way. There are a couple of hammocks. It is suitable for an unassuming holiday, given that the sea in this place of Abkhazia is above all praise.

Everything in the room is battered and shabby. The repair has clearly not been done for a very long time. There is no sound insulation. You can hear all the neighbors.
The kitchen is shared. This is a separate topic...it is almost impossible to cook something there. 4 burners for 50 people who are on their last legs.
The kettle is heated for 15 minutes, yes it is!
There is no microwave. There are no normal cooking utensils.
The plot is covered with rotten fruits that no one cleans up. All this smells unpleasant and attracts an unrealistic number of flies!
I've never seen so many flies anywhere!
The main advantages are air conditioning, and proximity to the sea. Housing for the rich and the unassuming.

Summer houses, people walk along the road as if they were in your room, the walls are 3 centimeters thick, the floors are dirty, the kitchen is in terrible condition, my dog's dishes are even more decent, the grill is full of holes, rotten fruits fall from the trees that do not clean, the air conditioner spits dirt that has not been cleaned for many years, the shower flows. I strongly advise you not to go further, there are good rooms even cheaper, we were given a choice, either you stay or we do not refund the money, we had to endure. I'm attaching a photo.

We booked 3 houses for 3 families in February 2021 for 2500 thousand At the booking, less than a month before arrival, the owners write in Whatsapp that now the price is 4500 thousand and that they will not accept us at the old price, AS we planned this vacation and waited six months, and the price at the booking has not changed, they set the price one on the sites, but in fact they overestimate it closer to the case, and almost 2 times and for what??? There is no refrigerator or kettle in the house!!! They just decided to cash in on the vacationers due to the insidious situation, of course they spoiled the mood before the vacation, but thank God we reacted quickly and found even better houses, new and at the price for which we originally booked and with all the amenities that are not in the houses at the Villarona base, so guys think well before what do they mess with these unscrupulous owners!!!

In the case of the price excesses described in the reviews when booking on the booking, provide evidence to the booking support service and get a higher class accommodation with an additional payment at their expense. And such people get banned and fined if they have a deposit there. I join all the negative reviews. The place is disgusting and not worth even half the price. We spent 10 days there, the worst vacation in history, we will remember it for a very long time

We have been here for 1.5 weeks and promised cleaning 1 time in between. They did not wait. Just collecting money - to wash 150 rubles. Additional cleaning costs money too. But I swept it myself. You have to ask for toilet paper. The bed was not changed. The mattresses in the beds are just awful!!! The springs are digging in. The sound insulation is just 0!!! You can hear every breath and fart. There is a kitchen where all the residents cook - who wants to, of course. The dishes on which they cook are very long. Anyway, I'm not going there again. If you go, then take houses nearby. Decent, beautiful and comfortable. There is also no mirror.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit, although the vacation was planned back in January, a room was booked and an advance payment was made. The children were looking forward to the upcoming vacation. But 2.5 weeks before arrival, namely on July 20 (check-in on August 9), we are informed about an increase in the price for a room by as much as 1,000 rubles per day, a total of 10,000 price difference. Naturally, these expenses were no longer planned. The rest is ruined, because it is not realistic to find a replacement at the height of the season in such a short time. Think about not being in such a situation!

The arrangements do not work if you paid and then wanted to do it a little earlier, no one will refund the money. Instead of accounting, a notebook. No checks and contracts if you demand money, you will be told that you "bought a tour" and no one returns the money for it. The rooms are cleaned once - before your arrival. There are few dishes/cutlery and not enough for everyone. Of the advantages, only the location. The owners are very cunning and will try to warm you up for maximum money.
