We rested there this summer. Very nice place, nice staff. The building is quite new and looks beautiful. The territory is well maintained, there is a large swimming pool on the roof, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. There is also a cafe-restaurant with Georgian cuisine on the territory. It also sells homemade wine from different grape varieties. I advise everyone! Top for your money.

I didn't live, but the cafe is good. Migruli is the best I've tried in Georgia..maybe I was lucky, but I took it more than once and each time the quality is the best. Khinkali is better than in more than half of the establishments in the center of Tbilisi..not top, but not very bad.

A good hotel, the cafe of this restaurant had the most delicious khachapuri and lobio compared to Batumi! The owner is constantly vigilant about the quality. After moving to Batumi, I realized that in 3 days in Ureki we had a rest and gained strength in more than a week in Batumi. Take a walk in the opposite direction where the old cottages are. Along the way, a grandpa with a huge nose will probably sell gorgeous blackberries. It's interesting to immerse the office brain in another quiet life. Grandmothers are resting in their gardens, flowers. Check out what used to be the now abandoned sanatoriums.
